Per Azienda italiana che opera nel mercato nazionale di infrastrutture di rete, Consea sta ricercando un/a HSEQ Manager La persona, a diretto riporto dell'Amministratore Delegato, avrà la responsabilità di sovrintendere, coordinare e gestire i temi Health, Safety and Enviroment e Quality, implementando e mantenendo i processi aziendali, in ottica di miglioramento continuo. Principali responsabilità:  si occuperà di fornire indicazioni sulle policy, procedure, istruzioni operative e ne verifica l’attuazione al fine di garantire il rispetto dei requisiti dei Sistemi di Gestione e delle certificazioni di pertinenza (es. ISO 45001, 14001 e 9001)  garantisce la compliance normativa e assiste nelle attività, anche sul territorio, richieste dagli organi pubblici, anche ispettivi  presiede l'efficace attuazione del Sistema di Gestione Integrato anche al fine di assicurare la compliance al Modello Organizzativo Gestionale ex. 231 e al Sistema di Controllo Interno monitora ed aggiorna costantemente la normativa di settore in ambito HSE e gli standard QHSE internazionali,  definisce i principali indicatori di Qualità dei processi aziendali, monitorandone l’andamento e identificandone eventuali azioni migliorative; definisce il piano annuale degli audit in ambito HSEQ, assicurandone l'esecuzione su tutte le aree dove la società opera; definisce i criteri da utilizzare per la programmazione dei controlli effettuati dalla funzione QHSE & SPP presso le aree di lavoro; individua, coordina e garantisce le relazioni con gli Enti di Certificazione esterni in materia di Qualità, Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente, partecipando agli audit necessari; assicura e predispone direttamente il reporting sia puntuale che periodico in ambito HSEQ; Prerequisiti richiesti: Laurea Magistrale in discipline tecniche, preferibilmente ingegneristiche; Costituisce un plus il conseguimento di Master o le certificazioni di corsi con specializzazione in ambito afferente  Più di 10 anni in ruolo analogo presso aziende di Costruzione, di Telecomunicazioni, Broadcasting, Energia, Oil&Gas, EPC. Per importante azienda, leader nel settore dei sistemi di controllo della temperatura stiamo ricercando un/una: RESPONSABILE R&D - REPARTO ELETTROMECCANICA La nuova risorsa sarà inserita nella Funzione R&D/UT e si occuperà di sviluppare il Reparto Elettromeccanica gestendo lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti ed il miglioramento di quelli esistenti, seguendo in prima persona tutto il processo di sviluppo del prodotto e la fase di post vendita in collaborazione con i colleghi della Progettazione e dell’Assistenza Tecnica Cliente. PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ Responsabile della progettazione di ventilatori tangenziali/centrifughi e di estrattori d'aria da parete o torrini di estrazione presidiando le seguenti attività: dimensionamento aeraulico, dimensionamento meccanico, dimensionamento elettrico, studio della linea di produzione e collaudo. Valutazione delle proposte dei fornitori di motori elettrici nel caso in cui vengano acquistati da terze parti. Progettazione di motori elettrici (sia brushless che tradizionali) inclusa la ricerca e la gestione dei potenziali fornitori. Ottimizzazione delle linee di produzione (Reparto meccanica ed elettromeccanica) e collaudo con l'obiettivo di incrementare il livello di automazione attuale. Attività di progettazione e avviamento alla produzione di elementi meccanici / elettromeccanici. Supporto all'Assistenza Tecnica relativamente ai prodotti di ventilazione / meccanica / elettromeccanica. The role ensures design robustness, compliance with CSR requirements, and correct design intent according to Design for Manufacturing (DfM) principles. Main activities and responsibilities: Product Design & Technical Ownership Lead product design using advanced CAD tools (e.g., Creo/Catia/Siemens NX) for 3D modelling, assemblies, 2D drawings, GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis. Define concept design with a strong focus on Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly, considering molding, welding and cost constraints. Define technical specifications, interfaces, materials and functional requirements of components and assemblies. Lead and maintain the DFMEA, integrating failure modes based on testing and lessons learned. Collaborate in PFMEA activities with IPE and PQE to ensure production process robustness.
