La risorsa si occuperà di gestire tutti i processi HR per le aziende del Gruppo a livello Italia.
Principali attività e responsabilità:
Supportare la Proprietà, la Direzione Generale e i Responsabili di Funzione nella gestione efficace delle persone.
Contribuire al cambiamento di mind set e culturale per il passaggio da realtà famigliare ad azienda manageriale.
Supervisionare l’attività di raccolta presenze, l’attività di amministrazione del personale e gestire il costo del lavoro e relativo budget.
Gestire la ricerca e selezione del personale per le sedi del Gruppo in Italia, anche con il supporto di società di Head Hunting.
Definire piani di formazione e crescita delle risorse sulla base delle esigenze emergenti (soft e hard skills) ai diversi livelli aziendali in linea con il percorso di sviluppo aziendale.
Gestire e sviluppare sistemi strutturati di performance management e piani di incentivazione ai diversi livelli aziendali.
Armonizzare i sistemi di valorizzazione delle persone e le politiche HR, già in uso in azienda, per renderli uniformi e integrati all’interno delle diverse aziende del Gruppo a livello Italia e successivamente anche all’estero.
Definire un piano di Employer Branding per aumentare l’attrattività sul mercato del lavoro (es. rapporti con le Istituzioni locali, con le scuole, con gli Enti del territorio, gestione dei social network,…).
Gestire il rapporto con l’ufficio paghe esterno.
Mantenere i rapporti con i dipendenti e l’attività di comunicazione interna.
Operare in prima persona sulla relazione con i sindacati.
Requisiti:
Il candidato ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti:
Laurea in discipline economiche, umanistiche, giurisprudenziali o ingegneria gestionale.
Pregressa esperienza di almeno dieci anni nel ruolo, maturata in aziende industriali strutturate e di medio-grandi dimensioni, con stabilimenti in Italia e all’estero.
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, gradita anche la conoscenza della lingua francese.
Capacità di lavorare in team, proattività, flessibilità, leadership.
Adesione ai valori dell’azienda ed engagement nel progetto.
Capacità di gestione e risoluzione delle criticità (alto livello di problem solving).

The Maintenance Subject Matter Expert is a member of the central Head Quarter Continuous Improvement Team inside Manufacturing Function, which coordinates and supports the Company Manufacturing Excellence worldwide.
Main objective is the development and successful implementation system, with focus on the continuous improvement of the maintenance, to achieve significant cost savings, improve the reliability and uptime of the machinery, the management of spare parts and the efficiency of the maintenance organization.
Main responsibilities
Developing and maintaining the standards and methods related to the Professional and Autonomous Maintenance improvement stream and creating the associated training material.
Serving as a trainer about Maintenance standards and improvement methods inside the Company Academy, in order to create an adequate level of competence in the Head Quarter and in the Factories.
Providing the necessary support to the Plant Directors, Maintenance stream leaders and improvement teams inside the factories, in order to successfully implement the standards and methods according to the Company System Road Map, also through dedicated missions on site.
