Il nostro cliente è una Azienda multinazionale operante nel settore metalmeccanico destinato al mondo automotive. Nell’ambito di un processo di sviluppo organizzativo, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un/una:   CAPO CONTABILE   La posizione, inserita nella sede direzionale di Modena, risponde alla direzione amministrazione finanza e controllo ed avrà due risorse a diretto riporto. La funzione prevede la gestione operativa e totalmente autonoma di tutti gli aspetti contabili e creditizi. La risorsa predisporrà il bilancio in accordo con un consulente esterno e si occuperà del reporting direzionale, analisi flussi, controllo e ridefinizione dei processi amministrativi e gestionali. Il profilo ideale si identifica con un laureato in discipline economiche con un background specifico consolidato in ruoli di responsabilità in amministrazione finanza e controllo. La provenienza da realtà modernamente organizzate che lavorano per progetto/commessa sarà fortemente valorizzata. E’ indispensabile l’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta e l’ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici specifici (preferibilmente Ad Hoc/Zucchetti). Sul piano personale saranno invece necessarie doti di proattività, forte autonomia ed impatto personale.   Sede di lavoro: Modena

Proven experience in designing and developing manufacturing processes and systems. Hands-on experience with fabrication and CNC processes. Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to train and mentor team members. Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage. Mission of the role Ensure operational results in terms of productivity and efficiency, managing the correct definition of both operating standards and process developments, and implementing suitable actions with the stakeholders (partners, suppliers, and corporate functions) to achieve the objectives of product availability (Apparel, Footwear, Leather Goods, and Accessories) for the entire distribution (Retail, E-commerce, and LBE channels).
