Per azienda settore industriale, stiamo cercando un/una: CONTROLLER Riportando al Responsabile Controllo di Gestione e al CFO, la risorsa supporterà nella gestione delle seguenti attività: Rilevazione mensile dati di vendita, acquisti e magazzino e confronto con dati budget e analisi scostamenti. Estrazione mensile dati consuntivo per confronto con BDG contabile e analisi scostamenti. Analisi prodotti sottocosto per analisi e azioni da intraprendere. Analisi fatturato, distribuzione prodotti, curva abc clienti e prodotti e comunicazione eventuali scostamenti. Report mensile di confronto consuntivo/budget per ciascun reparto. Calcolo raggiungimento obiettivi mensili e calcolo premi raggiunti su base piano incentivi per venditori interni e agenti/distributori. Emissione statistica sulla redditività prodotti: sintesi e dettaglio per prodotti, categorie, aree geografiche, categorie clienti, nuovi prodotti, nuovi clienti. Riferimento interno per il gestionale. Supporto nella definizione e monitoraggio dei costi e prezzi dei prodotti. Gestirà direttamente le seguenti attività: Controllo previsioni di vendita con effettivo consegnato e stesura di report all’Ufficio Commerciale. Gestione previsioni con Ufficio Commerciale e allineamento. Comunicazione a Ufficio Commerciale con aggiornamento tabella con prezzi minimi di vendita. Costo mark up, bottom price su richiesta per prodotti non esistenti / non codificati. Definizione prezzi di listino per il commerciale. Gestione, controllo, quadratura e sintesi e validazione dati BI + supporto per reparti. Principali requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia Aziendale. Almeno 5 anni esperienza nel controllo di gestione. Esperienza nelle tecniche di forecasting, controllo e reporting. Ottima conoscenza di strumenti per l’analisi dati (excel, power BI, etc..). Buona conoscenza della Lingua Inglese (B2) Accuratezza, precisione, flessibilità/adattabilità. Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali. Attitudine al Problem solving. MAIN RESPONSABIITIES: This role ensures the effective execution of projects from the laboratory and pilot-scale up to the manufacturing plant. The position will establish strong relationships with the Commercial, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing organizations across business unit network and will be integrated into global R&D network. Manage the leads and operators. Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement to management. Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization and in particular, your area of responsibility. Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
