Analizzare gli scostamenti tra quanto programmato e quanto realizzato, individuando i fattori e le cause determinati, prospettando interventi migliorativi nella gestione aziendale e proposte sulla strategia di medio termine. Padroneggiare l’intero processo di gestione contabile, fiscale, finanziario e di budgeting. Adottare le operazioni di chiusura e le metodologie di redazione del bilancio nel rispetto delle norme civilistiche e fiscali. Elaborare la reportistica mensile sull’andamento economico e finanziario aziendale. E’ responsabile della funzione amministrazione e contabilità e si occupa di coordinare le risorse umane che gli sono state assegnate. COMPETENZE Il candidato ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti: Laurea o Diploma in Economia o Finanza; Pregressa esperienza di almeno tre anni nel ruolo; Solida comprensione dell'analisi finanziaria; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; conoscenza di adeguati pacchetti software di contabilità, finanza e tesoreria; Buone capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione a tutti i livelli aziendali.
