Main responsibilities: • Ensure the management of comprensorial assets in terms of Safety and efficiency; • Provide the smooth operational maintenance and preventive maintenance in compliance with the relevant regulations and legal requirements; • Ensure and coordinate the Production Engineering Areas in the whole Plant for the existing products and assure a smooth new product introduction of the new projects • Define and manage investments for safety, environment, facility, building and cost reduction projects; • Define and manage the plant's Annual Capex and define the annual Expences in accordance with the Area Heads, EHS Manager, Quality Manager and Logistic Manager, monitoring its progress; • Ensure the monitoring of all Maintenance KPI's of the different Technology Areas as well as maintenance cost reduction KPI's; • Provide the management of the Working Capital of the indirect materials warehouse (Auxiliary and Maintenance); • Ensure the compliance of the technological system (General and Production Plants) with the relevant legal requirements in force; • Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets; • Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse; • Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements; • Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employe Main requirements: - Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering; - At least 7 Years of experience in managerial roles in Production Engineering and Maintenance Management in automotive sector or in multinational industrial components companies; - Process Development/Manufacturing operations Maintenance & facility management; - Knowledge of ISO Safety and Environment and IATF normative, Environmental and Safety legal requirements and WCM or other Lean Methodologies; - Solid knowledge of QA net.
