Per importante azienda, leader nel settore logistica e trasporti stiamo ricercando un/una: WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTIC MANAGER La nuova risorsa sarà responsabile di gestire efficacemente l'intero processo di gestione dei ricambi e delle manutenzioni all'interno dell'azienda, garantendo un flusso ottimale di materiali e risorse per soddisfare le esigenze operative. Sarà inoltre incaricato di pianificare e coordinare le attività di approvvigionamento e gestione del materiale per garantire una disponibilità costante e tempestiva. PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ La risorsa, a riporto diretto del Direttore Operativo e Tecnico, svolgerà le seguenti attività: Gestione del Magazzino Ricambi: Supervisionare le operazioni quotidiane del magazzino ricambi, inclusa la ricezione, l'immagazzinamento e la spedizione. Assicurare un controllo accurato dell'inventario e una gestione efficiente delle scorte. Coordinare le attività di ispezione e manutenzione dei ricambi per garantire l'integrità e la funzionalità dei materiali. Valutazione e monitoraggio dei fornitori, in collaborazione con l’ufficio acquisti Pianificazione del Materiale: Stabilire piani di approvvigionamento basati sulla domanda prevista e sul livello di scorte. Monitorare costantemente i livelli di inventario e apportare regolazioni ai piani di approvvigionamento in base alle fluttuazioni della domanda. Identificare potenziali rischi di interruzioni nella catena di approvvigionamento e adottare misure preventive. Gestire il ciclo di vita degli assets e adeguare la gestione delle scorte. Gestione dei processi di approvvigionamento per i nuovi attrezzi, e stabilirne il livello di ricambi adeguato. Pianificazione delle Manutenzioni: Collaborare con l’ufficio programmazione per stabilire piani di manutenzione basati sulle richieste di intervento ordinarie e straordinarie. Garantire il rispetto delle caratteristiche tecniche per tutti gli assets dell’azienda secondo i requisiti dei costruttori. Agevolare la pianificazione ed il coordinamento dell’attività di manutenzione. Coordinamento Interno: Coordinare e gestire il personale di magazzino, attraverso l’applicazione delle norme e regole aziendali, nonché supervisionare le attività periodiche e giornaliere. Collaborare con i reparti di manutenzione per garantire una comunicazione fluida e tempestiva riguardo alle esigenze di ricambi. Coordinare con i fornitori esterni per garantire la consegna puntuale dei materiali e gestire le relazioni con i fornitori. Ottimizzazione dei Processi: Identificare opportunità per migliorare l'efficienza operativa e proporre soluzioni per ottimizzare i processi di gestione dei ricambi e dell'inventario. Implementare pratiche di magazzino lean e migliorare la rotazione delle scorte. Identificare i materiali obsoleti e provvedere alla loro gestione e smaltimento Reportistica e Analisi: Generare report periodici sull'andamento delle attività di gestione dei ricambi e delle manutenzioni inclusi dati sulle scorte, la domanda, i tempi di consegna e altre metriche chiave. Analizzare i dati per identificare tendenze e fornire raccomandazioni per miglioramenti. REQUISITI Laurea in Logistica, Supply Chain Management o campo correlato (o esperienza equivalente). Esperienza nel settore di almeno 8 anni. Esperienza nella gestione di magazzini ricambi, nella pianificazione del materiale e nella programmazione di attività manutentiva o di produzione. Conoscenza approfondita dei principi di gestione dell'inventario e delle pratiche di magazzino. Abilità nella gestione di software di pianificazione e sistemi di gestione dell'inventario (SAP).
