DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle ensuring a great candidate experience
• Lead recruiting processes from the initial briefing to the hiring
• Assist in the process of developing and updating job descriptions for each respective role within the various service lines
• Publish advertisements on specific recruiting channels, ATS and screen CVs
• Engage both hiring managers and candidates to assure a smooth recruiting process
• Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Manage contacts with recruiting agencies and Head Hunters • Create and nurture a network of prospect candidates
• Keep recruiting files updated (budget/timeline/etc.) • Work towards ensuring that all talent acquisition and staffing metrics are met, as well as other team goals
• Lead the global On-Campus strategy by managing the relations with existing partners (Business Schools, Universities and relevant student associations) and set up new ones based on global talent acquisition needs (especially junior and entry-level profiles)

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in recruiting/ talent acquisition; a combination of both in–house and external agency experience is preferred
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science or related fields
• Experienced in the use of ATS software and MS Office
• Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and execute on key strategic recruiting initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with ever changing deadline
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization in a consulting environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team
• Good work planning skills according to emerging priorities
• Fluent in English
