For a prestigious Italian multinational group, Leader in the food sector, we are looking for a brilliant: IT Solution Delivery Manager Position Overview: As an IT Solution Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of IT solutions and services in the domains of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Control, and Research and Innovation and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation, delivery and “up and running” of the applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT project management, business analysis, IT solution delivery lifecycle, IT service management, as well as functional/process expertise in the mentioned domains, a minimum of 7/8 years of experience; he/she has grown in environments with presence of production plants. He/She will report to the Head of Business Solutions within the IT department. Main responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions and services in the mentioned domains. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and define project objectives, priorities and success criteria. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, in order to achieve the design, development, release of IT solutions that meet business needs and quality standards. Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements, and develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure successful delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Support business in the adoption and usage of new systems and capabilities by setting up, shaping, monitoring change management activities, training, technical support. Manage day to day Application Management (AM) service and operations for the applications in scope according to service management standard processes and by ensuring that all suppliers are delivering according to agreed SLA/terms and any impact due to major incidents is minimized towards customers and fixed as soon as possible. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, vendors, and external partners, to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 7/8 years of experience in IT within the mentioned domains, preferably in environments with production plants. Strong understanding and knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and quality assurance processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders within the above organizations. Emissione statistica sulla redditività prodotti: sintesi e dettaglio per prodotti, categorie, aree geografiche, categorie clienti, nuovi prodotti, nuovi clienti. Riferimento interno per il gestionale. Supporto nella definizione e monitoraggio dei costi e prezzi dei prodotti. Gestirà direttamente le seguenti attività: Controllo previsioni di vendita con effettivo consegnato e stesura di report all’Ufficio Commerciale. Gestione previsioni con Ufficio Commerciale e allineamento. Comunicazione a Ufficio Commerciale con aggiornamento tabella con prezzi minimi di vendita. Costo mark up, bottom price su richiesta per prodotti non esistenti / non codificati. Definizione prezzi di listino per il commerciale. Gestione, controllo, quadratura e sintesi e validazione dati BI + supporto per reparti. Principali requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia Aziendale. Almeno 5 anni esperienza nel controllo di gestione. Esperienza nelle tecniche di forecasting, controllo e reporting. Ottima conoscenza di strumenti per l’analisi dati (excel, power BI, etc..). We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global CIO / IT Director to lead the company’s global IT and digital agenda.  JOB PURPOSE The role will work in envisioning, defining, and implementing applications and systems, user experience, data integrations, and predictive analytics. The role will be in charge of the development and maintenance of IT solutions for the company by working with different stakeholders in order to optimize business process efficiency and implement enhancements to internal business processes as well as managing successfully the ERP implementation to ensure that integrated data flows from ERP and production systems support comprehensive business intelligence dashboards, KPI monitoring, and predictive analytics initiatives. MAJOR ACTIVITIES Define the overall ICT architecture and the evolution road map also considering (having strong confidence with) new emerging technology and trends, among others cloud-native architecture, microservices, containerization (es.
