Job mission

 

The Human Resources Manager has to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively.

The Human Resources Manager implements the people-related services, policies and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the CEO; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.

He/She will have to develop processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.

The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.

He/She participates actively to the budgeting process, business reviews and Group initiatives.

 

He/she is key to accompany the transformation of the company. He/she highly contributes to the transformation of the company to make it more competitive. He/she will provide the CEO and his direct reports with an HR strategy which responds to the business issues.

He/she must increase the level of managerial maturity and support the change management

 

The HRM belongs to the steering committee. The HRM manages a team of 2 people.

 

The HRM will be part of the Italian RH community lead by the HRD in charge of the Fives policies at the country level.

  • recruiting and staffing;
  • performance management and improvement systems;
  • organization development and change management
  • employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
  • employee relations;
  • management of the relationship with the employees and Union representatives;
  • compensation and benefits administration;
  • employee safety, welfare, wellness, health and diversity management;
  • employee services and counseling.

 

Profile:

 

At 5-7 years’ experience in a similar position

 

Has already worked in project engineering and manufacturing companies Can manage complexity and relationships with the Unions

Can be at the same time hands on and able to get the big picture Originally HR development oriented

Strong at labor relationships

 

Fluent in English, oral and written; French is a plus
