For an important company leader in Luxury Goods we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer based in Romania.  The company recently opened a factory near Sibiu.  In the role the candidate will manage the plant (500 employees), coordinate plant functions, lead the management team, through high knowledge of management, processes, continuous improvement and organizational best practices.  The role involves defining investments to improve company results, sharing budgets and achieved results with the corporate office; in addition defining strategies for the factory in Romania in order to optimize fixed costs and increase profitability. The ideal candidate is an italian willing to relocate to Romania or a local profile who speaks in italian. 

For an important Company leader in automotive sector, we are looking for a:   R&D SENIOR PROJECT LEADER   The person will report to the R&D Manager and will be the main technical interface of the customer for its projects. Mission:   Responsible of the product design for the P1, P0 or P2 projects assigned Insure the product development is aligned with project milestones and targets (Cost, performances vs customer specification) Manage R&D contributors activity in his/her project perimeter Check and Validate drawings of component and assemblies Insure product development is conform to IATF and internal process Insure the implementation of the standards and completion of all R&D activities (PVC checklist, Design Reviews) Main responsibilities: Lead the product integration of external products into the project Manage the customer meetings and satisfaction on the R&D activities Lead the Design reviews on his/her projects with the Standard process (template and methodology) Release the technical document such as drawing, 3D data and all deliverables from the PCV checklist R&D Coordinate contributors resources allocation and alert management regarding needs to insure R&D activities are completed Collaborate with all the team members of the project to reach the project targets Request support to hierarchical manager in case of need and follow daily input from Project Manager Insure Customer intimacy and satisfaction: understand and anticipate customer needs Use the internal network to include the right expertise level inside the product development on his/her projects Create privilege relations with key technology suppliers Drive R&D activities inside PVC on his/her projects Insure implementation of RAISE standards and challenge de-standardization requests Create standards and capitalize on development on his/her projects : RAISE   Requirements: Engineering degree (Preferred Mechanical degree) At least 5 years in product design for automotive components or similar industry Fluent in English Use of CAD software (CATIA V5/V6 or NX) Use of Design FMEA Drawing knowledge ISO norm and stack-up analysis Customer Orientation Decision making attitude Sensitivity to production  

For a prestigious Italian multinational group, a Leader in the food sector, we are looking for a brilliant: SENIOR STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER The profile we are looking for will work with the head of the R&D department to create new products and designs, review existing ones, and provide support for installation through the writing of technical documentation. Main responsibilities: Fully understand customer requests in terms of content, performance, quality, reliability, engineering standards, requirements, and dimensional limitations, etc. Share and develop technical knowledge and skills while collaborating with our customers. Develop and verify the feasibility of costs and the reliability of mechanical product designs using CAD tools. Support design for manufacturing (DFM). Prepare technical reports and presentations. Provide design support during the post-production phase. Provide guidance and technical support for resolving interdepartmental and customer-related issues, as required. Perform design activities to achieve cost-effectiveness between quality, design, and production in accordance with engineering and design standards. Create and assist in the creation of bills of materials. Support the development of production/manufacturing in our facility. We are interested in hiring candidates with: A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or similar fields. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably within the electromechanical sector in household appliances and/or coffee machines or similar. A good knowledge of CAD/SolidWorks/PDM with related product lifecycle management (PLM) and MRO/ERP (Data management) systems. Experience with CEI EN 60335-X standards. Familiarity with R&D product development methods. A solution-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Location: Trieste
