La risorsa si occuperà della progettazione e dello sviluppo del layout della sala macchine, degli impianti di propulsione e dell’impiantistica ausiliare correlata. Principali Responsabilità: Identificazione e scelta di soluzioni tecniche idonee a soddisfare i requisiti richiesti in fase di definizione e sviluppo del nuovo prodotto; Sviluppo della progettazione di sistemi propulsivi navali e dell’impiantistica di bordo in conformità ai requisiti dimensionali, prestazionali e normativi vigenti, nel rispetto delle tempistiche programmate; Definizione dei requisiti tecnici richiesti per parti del prodotto e componenti; Gestione Distinta Base di ogni nuovo prodotto con dettagli e specifiche; Resident Engineer per il sito produttivo designato; Supporto al Project Engineer durante la realizzazione e la messa in servizio dei prototipi recependo eventuali problematiche realizzative; Supporto all’Area Industriale, all’ente Qualità ed alla funzione After Sales nel mantenimento e nel miglioramento delle commesse; Supervisione dei fornitori; Sviluppo del know-how specifico di competenza della piattaforma, con svolgimento di ricerca di base e apporto di innovazione. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Navale o Meccanica; Esperienza nel campo delle commesse navali e in area di progettazione; Conoscenza tool di progettazione (Rhinoceros, Microstation); Conoscenza normative ISO e norme Registri Navali; Attitudine al lavoro in team e al problem solving.   Sede di lavoro: Emilia – Romagna o Marche

Mission: The candidate will coordinate Production, Quality and Logistics functions of each plant, reporting to the General Manager / Managing Director. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the manufacturing process in two plants. Coordinates the two manufacturing plants' short-term and long-term planning, KPIs, and operating procedures. Ensures proper inventory management and allocation of resources, as well as the continuous improvement of the production processes and the flow of incoming material to feed the production processes, together with the respective plant production managers. Manage production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products by monitoring and evaluating operational effectiveness. Propose changes to the effects necessary to improve the viability and quality of the products. Promote and drive continuous improvement, ensuring leading indicators align with procedures and targets defined by local and global manufacturing practices. Ensures compliance with the required lead times, orders, and deliveries. Assess, manage, and monitor the correct training of the plant's personnel to assure compliance, quality, and safety. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: BS Degree in Engineering (preferred) 10 years of experience processing plastics materials with at least five years experience in a supervising / managing role. Previous experience managing production / operations at a manufacturing / transforming company specializing in semi-finished plastics products, for the medical and electronics industries as preferred. Production management and knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement, quality controls and management, industrial logistics flows, machine installation, process engineering, and improvement. Fluent in English and in Italian (preferred) Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong teamwork and conflict management skills Problem-solving approach Flexibility and adaptability Ability to travel 50% of the time, domestically and internationally Job location: The candidate could live in either USA location.  

For an important multinational company operating in Automotive sector, we are looking for a: PROCESS INJECTION TECHNOLOGIST Reporting to the Plant Process Engineering Manager, he/she will ensure that moulds, dies and tooling’s are at the disposal of the plant when needed by giving technical know-how and expertise in this area.   Main activities and responsibilities: Prepare all the documentation of new moulds. Define process parameters for new moulds. Assure that project target of scrap effectiveness are achieved for new moulds. Supervise technically the repair of the existing moulds. Train and to give technical support to the Moulds Teams when necessary. Guarantee the fulfilment of the Health and Safety policies and procedures in his area of responsibility. Report to the Production Manager about his activity, as well as on new deficiencies detected in moulds, dies and tooling, etc. Report the Production Manager about his performance indicators of its supervised area. For a prestigious multinational group, leader in fashion industry, we are looking for a brilliant: PLANT CONTROLLER Reporting to the F&C Manager, and acting as a business partner, she/he will be responsible for the following activities for Croatian plant: Support plant budget, forecast and strategic plan preparation; Month-end closing and variances analysis; Support continuous improvement methodology deployment (from loss identification to saving track); Investments control together with pay back analysis; Prepare expense report, analysis and review; Participate to internal audits; Provide industrial/financial analysis to support plant leadership team on decision making (cost analysis, cost optimization, profitability etc.); Ensure the correct application of procedures and timing respect.   The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics/Engineering, gained an experience in industrial controlling and served as Plant controller for multinational companies (at least 5 years). Month, quarter and year-end closure activities / actual results against budget-forecast-PY / P&L analysis. Prepare budget and rolling forecast according to local / central requirements. Reporting package. Detailed cost analysis (volumes, variable-fix costs, yields, variances, OWC and capex) Product calculations. Tariffs calculation based on cost driver and key allocation.
