For a multinational company in the fashion sector, we are looking for a Global Retail Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for: Performance analysis of Italian and foreign Direct Operated Stores; Elaboration of management Financial statements of the DOS chain (budget, forecast, actual); DOS new openings/closure analysis, together with Retail team; Preparation of regular reports for the analysis of net sales, gross margin, OPEX, profit of the Retail Business performance at store level; Being a business partner for the Retail team both at HQ level and Country level, always in strict alignment with HQ Finance team as well; Supporting the Country Managers & Retail Managers in the elaboration of Business Plans and analysis of profitability of Retail investments.   The role will be based in Veneto (near Treviso and Venice)   What do we need: Degree in Economics/Finance/Business Administration; At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferibly within a Fashion/Clothing Retail Business; Experience within multinationals/complex organizations represents a must; Italian and English fluency, both written and spoken; Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular), experience on SAP BPC and/or Microstrategy is a plus. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Identifies and evaluates suppliers - communicates with them in order to achieve the best markets conditions; • Sources F&B products for the Luxury vessels, following Company guidelines and indications while liasing with the F&B purchasing team; • Negotiates luxury F&B products worldwide, verifying delivery conditions with Logistics department; • Analyses suppliers' quotations and contract bids, verifying and negotiating contract terms, such as price, quality and delivery conditions; • Manages and builds appropriate relationships with suppliers, developing strategic partnership and projects; • Keeps up to date with luxury F&B market trends, proactively suggesting innovative solutions and products, and using market research to strategically plan future purchases; • Prepares reports and maintain accurate records; • Proactively works with Logistics and Warehouse, coordinating delivery operations to the vessels; QUALIFICATIONS • Previous experience in the role, minimum 3 years; • Experience in the F&B sector and comprehensive understanding of F&B strategic sourcing and market trends • Fluent English. For an important international luxury company, we are looking for a: BUYER RAW MATERIALS Main responsibilities: Manage the process of purchasing from a technical, timeline and cost point of view for the Raw Materials: Leather, Fabrics, Metal Hardware, Packaging. Work in the Production team, very closely with the Raw Materials Research team with the objective of validating all necessary information and to make sure that the allocations of materials are suitable for production; Support the Production Planning Team to guarantee the on time deliveries of the materials.   Work in close relationship with manufacturers in order to manage any material related issue and possible optimizations. In charge of a detailed follow up of the purchasing orders, relation of deliveries KPIs and reporting. Verify that all selected raw materials are correctly sourced from reliable suppliers and that these are working according to the Company’s Social Compliance Guidelines and global Regulations in accordance with Environment, use of chemical products etc. Manage the Supplier Portfolio for each category and look for the most adequate suppliers according to their savoir-faire in order to guarantee quality, deliveries and innovation. T Define quality parameters of the material enrichment techniques for the production with supplier and in collaboration with the Product Industrialization Team. Promote the suppliers research to enlarge materials market knowledge. Negotiate prices and purchasing conditions and will transfer the information to the Development and Raw Materials Procurement Team.
