DESCRIPTION DE LA FONCTION Pour une importante entreprise italienne du secteur alimentaire, nous recherchons: COMPTE CLÉ GD/ RHF ET CATÉGORIE MANAGER GD Objectif de la Fonction et Responsabilités: Mettre en œuvre la stratégie et la politique commerciale pour la France Développer les volumes, le CA et principalement la marge des clients dont il a la responsabilité dans le cadre de la politique commerciale préalablement définie Assurer le développement des gammes dans le cadre de la stratégie commerciale auprès des centrales qui lui sont affectées Garantir la profitabilité des centrales d'achats dont il a la responsabilité Négocier les accords de coopérations commerciales Piloter le publi promo avec tous les clients et assurer la bonne gestion budgétaire de ses clients Assurer les revues d'inno annuelles et Analyser les Datasharing et autres indicateurs (Panels..) pour developper le mix 4P auprès des services marketing des enseignes Assurer les négociations régionales Leclerc / Intermarché et la performances des agences commerciales Garantir la bonne communication auprès des services internes (ou externe Prosend) concernés, les mouvements structurels et/ou organisationnels de ses centrales (logistique, facturation,…) Apporter une contribution active dans l'élaboration de la stratégie commerciale (préparation des leviers "4P" par clients et recommandation de la politique commerciale) et réalisation de la revue d'inno annuelle Définir les objectifs CA, volume et marge par client Négocier les accords commerciaux en respectant la stratégie de négociation par client préalablement définie Animer les distributeurs Food service (explication produit + mise en œuvre auprès des forces de vente, master class..) Contrôler et optimiser le suivi budgétaire par enseigne (budget alloué, facturation à date, solde, actions correctives,…) Recommander (en relation avec les chargés de promo) et établir le suivi du publi promo avec tous les clients via le suivi hors contrat Analyser les Datasharing et les panels (Nielsen…) pour etre force de proposition auprès des services marketing des enseignes sur les leviers 4P en phase avec la stratégie de l'entreprise Participer aux salons clients et professionnels Principaux prérequis: Formation: Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (Bac+2 minimum) Contribution au travail en équipe: fait preuve d'esprit d'équipe, communique et partage de manière transparente et directe Respect des consignes: respect des normes et des procédures, respect des délais, rigueur dans l'utilisation des outils, fiable, sens de la confidentialité Capacité à communiquer: sens de l'écoute - sens du contact - capacité de persuasion Maîtrise des techniques de ventes et de négociations Connaissance des circuits de distribution Curiosité Lieu de travail : Paris Rapporte au Directeur commercial France

Purpose of the job The purpose of this job is to set-up the supply chain controlling and support the local management through initiatives aiming at optimizing our costs and deploying best practices. The position encompasses various topics and requires becoming the business partner for the Supply chain Function. Key responsibilities Create reliable relationships with relevant stakeholders to properly monitor the P&L and prepare analysis to support tactical and strategic business decisions that lead to improve service and customer satisfaction; Re-define and oversee the process of collecting and organizing analytical data with the aim of supporting operational decisions. Regularly performance variance analysis for the P&L line under his/her responsibility Support during business cases analysis Build new metrics and KPI; monitor the consistency of the data presented in the various company reports at different levels Supporting a culture of accountability, mainly focusing on the Supply Chain through the identification and analysis of key KPIs to support continuous performance improvement Ensure that SAP system is fully set-up and implemented. Prepare all required ad hoc reports and implement all changes for systems. Participate in the design phase of new supply process, supporting decision making phase producing ad hoc analysis. Requirements Master’s degree in economics / Management engineering. Master’s in Finance is a plus. Minimum 5 years’ experience as financial controller in plants/industrial areas, better if in FMCG companies. Preferably experience in set-up a new supply chain environment Business acumen with strong analytical skills and structured approach Good level of autonomy and self motivated in achieving results Ability to work in teams Advanced data analysis skills and knowledge and use of SAP/Power BI; Proficiency in Excel and MS Office package Fluency in English Availability to travel 2-3 days/week

Assicurare lo sviluppo del software applicativo per i sistemi meccatronici, con prevalente uso della metodologia Model Based Design, incluse prove in simulazione MIL, SIL e HIL e prove su veicolo. Garantire lo sviluppo degli algoritmi di controllo e delle logiche di stima della dinamica del veicolo. Assicurare che il software sia sviluppato in accordo con i processi definiti in azienda (A-SPICE) e con le valutazioni di functional safety (ISO 26262). Eseguire, in collaborazione con il team di prove strada, le attività di integrazione e calibrazione del software e supporta le attività di validazione su veicolo (in officina, su strada e in pista). Garantire l’analisi e la risoluzione di eventuali anomalie e/o richieste di modifica su software originate internamente o richieste dai Clienti.   REQUIREMENTS Laurea in ingegneria informatica / automazione / meccanica; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Provenienza dal settore automotive, aeronautico, railway, o IOT; Buona conoscenza nell’uso di Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow; Buona conoscenza della teoria dei controlli, applicata a veicoli terrestri; Gradita la conoscenza della generazione di codice da modelli (dSpace Targetlink, Mathworks Embedded Coder) e delle metodologie e strumenti di test e calibrazione di centraline elettroniche; Gradita una conoscenza base della programmazione in linguaggio C; Gradita la conoscenza di sistemi di versionamento del codice, issue tracking, gestione dei requisiti; Eccellente capacità di problem solving e capacità di gestione in autonomia.

GROUP LOGISTIC & PLANNING MANANGER. Position: The candidate will report to the Procurement & Supply Chain Director and actively participate in defining the Supply Chain group's strategy, ensuring constant support to all the company's functions. Conoscenza dei Sistemi di Gestione della Qualità e delle Norme UNI ES ISO 9001:2015, UNI ES ISO 14001:2015 e UNI EN ISO 45001:2018, nonché dei requisiti IATF 16949:2016. Drive the planing and execution of  purchasing activities related to direct materials. Manage, develop and supervise the activities of the Direct Buyers. Negotiate and ensure implementation of price agreements; Suggest and participate in activities aimed at reducing costs and improving quality of purchased direct materials and meeting BL goals and objectives. Maintain relationship with reliable panel of suppliers for the main categories of purchased materials, in cooperation with Commodity. Respect cost targets and timing milestones of managed initiatives. Cooperate with Commodity to select best suppliers  for Direct Materials  in terms of costs, quality and delivery for all Plants of the Business Line. Solide competenze negoziali e contrattuali, con esperienza nel gestire trattative complesse a livello nazionale e internazionale. Forte attitudine analitica, dimostrata da esperienza nella creazione e gestione di KPI e nella reportistica avanzata. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata. Padronanza degli strumenti informatici, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint. Proattività, flessibilità e capacità di adattarsi a contesti dinamici e in continua evoluzione.
