The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing engineering and maintenance activities. This includes overseeing staff development, ensuring compliance with HSE and ergonomic standards, and collaborating with plant operations to improve O.E.E. and processes. Maximize business opportunities across the multiple product categories (mainly in food & Beverage) and the respective manufacturing plants. Identify the market needs of the region introducing new product development opportunities to   cover potential market gaps if necessary. Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key customers, market players, internal and external stakeholders. MAINTENANCE MANAGER – Manufacturing Plant For a prestigious multinational group operating in the automotive and industrial sector, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization of a manufacturing plant located in the Province of Verona (Italy). The role will be responsible for managing all plant maintenance activities, coordinating a team of approximately 30 technicians and supervisors, and driving the evolution from a reactive maintenance approach to a structured preventive and predictive maintenance model.
