Programmazione degli interventi di formazione: predisposizione di un Piano di Formazione annuale e non. La progettazione avviene attraverso la pianificazione dei singoli interventi di formazione. Individuazione delle risorse (finanziarie, strumentali, logistiche). Le modalità di erogazione, tempi, durata. Realizzazione dei corsi di formazione: Gestione logistica, amministrativa, contabile e di rendicontazione. Appronta e verifica logistica (aule, strumenti, supporti didattici ecc.). Monitoraggio e valutazione dei risultati: Raccolta e analisi dei questionari di apprendimento. Somministrazione, raccolta e analisi dei questionari di gradimento. Gestione del processo di rendicontazione per la richiesta del rimborso in caso di utilizzo dei Fondi Interprofessionale e/o di altri Fondi di finanziamento. Aggiornamento a Success Factor della formazione effettuata da ogni dipendente e archiviazione cartacea dei documenti relativi ai corsi svolti.
