Il Regional Key Account On Trade sarà responsabile della gestione e dello sviluppo dei principali clienti del canale Horeca (hotel, ristoranti, bar, locali premium) nella regione Puglia. La figura avrà il compito di implementare le strategie commerciali dell’azienda, garantendo la crescita sostenibile del business e la presenza qualificata dei brand nei punti vendita.
Responsabilità principali
Gestire e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti On Trade nella regione assegnata;
Negoziare accordi commerciali in linea con le linee guida aziendali;
Pianificare ed eseguire attività promozionali e di visibilità nei punti vendita;
Monitorare performance, sell-in/sell-out e KPI commerciali;
Raccogliere insight dal mercato e analizzare la concorrenza per proporre azioni correttive;
Collaborare a stretto contatto con Trade Marketing, Marketing e team di distribuzione;
Garantire la corretta implementazione degli accordi commerciali e delle strategie di brand sul territorio.
Competenze ed esperienze richieste
Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli commerciali nel settore beverage, food & beverage o FMCG, preferibilmente nel canale Horeca;
Ottima conoscenza del mercato On Trade locale (Puglia);
Forti capacità di negoziazione e gestione relazionale;
Ottime doti analitiche e padronanza dei principali strumenti digitali e gestionali (Excel, CRM, reportistica);
Autonomia, orientamento agli obiettivi e spirito imprenditoriale;
Disponibilità a frequenti spostamenti sul territorio.
