Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Lead and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team, including direct communication with the United States.
Implement and oversee cost-effective manufacturing processes and operational strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and sustainability.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
Oversee maintenance, supply chain, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a Plant Manager or similar leadership role within the food industry or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in an international business environment, with fluency in English being essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize production costs and improve efficiency.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
