Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Supplier Quality Engineer (meccanico/elettronico) motivato/a e con esperienza nel settore della componentistica automotive. La risorsa sarà responsabile di garantire che i fornitori rispettino gli standard qualitativi richiesti, supportando lo sviluppo e il miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi e dei sistemi di qualità dei fornitori.
Responsabilità principali
Verifica e validazione dei processi produttivi dei fornitori, inclusi i controlli di qualità e la conformità agli standard ISO/TS/IATF.
Gestione delle attività di PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) e APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
Monitoraggio delle performance dei fornitori attraverso KPI di qualità e implementazione di azioni correttive in caso di non conformità.
Collaborazione con il team interno e i fornitori per sviluppare piani di miglioramento continuo.
Conduzione di audit presso i fornitori (sistemi, processo e prodotto) per verificare la conformità agli standard aziendali e normativi.
Supporto nella gestione delle non conformità e nelle analisi delle cause profonde (RCA - Root Cause Analysis).
Preparazione e mantenimento della documentazione tecnica e dei report di qualità.
Requisiti
Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Meccanica, Industriale o dei Materiali) o formazione equivalente.
Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni nel ruolo, nel settore automotive.
Conoscenza approfondita delle normative di qualità automotive (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
Competenze nella gestione di PPAP, APQP, FMEA e SPC.
Ottime capacità di analisi e problem-solving.
Disponibilità a viaggiare per visite presso fornitori (60-75% del tempo).
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
