Per azienda retail specializzata nella distribuzione di prodotti di elettronica di consumo, ricerchiamo un/a: RETAIL CONTROLLER La risorsa, riportando al Responsabile Business Controlling, si occuperà di individuare opportunità di efficientamento relative alla rete dei punti vendita, comparando le performance del singolo store rispetto alla media dei punti vendita paragonabili sia in termini di ricavi e margini, che di costi di negozio. Principali responsabilità: Implementare un processo di business review mensile con le funzioni di riferimento ed individuare 2-3 opportunità di miglioramento dei risultati, non identificate in precedenza, entro 12 mesi; Garantire la tempestiva predisposizione dei report mensili e dell’analisi delle variance; Garantire la predisposizione di budget accurati e tempestivi; Monitorare l’andamento economico dei negozi diretti dislocati in Italia, in termini di margini e fatturato, costi e potenziali aree di contenimento degli stessi; Supervisionare i risultati dei Sales per store ed il raggiungimento dei KPI ad essi collegati; Gestire i costi HR di negozio e di sede; Property e facility management; Servizi in Store (Garanzie, credito).
