For a Fashion Group based in Turin, we are looking for an Head of E-Commerce to strategically lead and coordinate the e-commerce activities for all the brands of the group. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies that maximize online sales and increase the visibility and efficiency of the digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development:

  • Define and implement the e-commerce strategy for all brands in the group, aligning it with overall business objectives;
  • identify new growth opportunities (such as expansion into new markets, product catalog diversification, or collaboration with new commercial partners) while monitoring market trends and technological innovations.

Operational Management:

  • Coordinate and oversee the management of corporate e-commerce sites to improve user experience and increase sales, effectively collaborating with suppliers and partners to ensure operational efficiency;
  • coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and digital advertising initiatives on e-commerce sites, in collaboration with corporate teams and external agencies. Manage CRM and marketing automation tools.

Performance and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of e-commerce channels using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to improve results and performance, defining forecasts and spending budgets, and allocating resources effectively.

Customer Experience:

  • Enhance the online customer experience by ensuring a smooth, personalized, and brand-consistent purchase journey.

Team Management and Cross Collaboration:

  • Coordinate a team of e-commerce professionals, promoting collaboration among team members and various corporate departments;
  • work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and logistics teams to ensure effective integration of e-commerce activities.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in the role, with experience in the fashion retail sector considered a plus;
  • fluent knowledge of English.
  • in-depth knowledge of e-commerce and marketing strategies, CMS, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends;
  • excellent analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools;
  • excellent leadership and team management skills, with a strong results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
