For an Important client with HQ in Italy (FMCG Sector), we are looking for a FINANCE DIRECTOR GERMANY&AUSTRIA cluster.
Reporting to the Cluster Managing Director, this role is part of the senior leadership team which has a collective responsibility to lead the organisation and oversee the implementation of local and global strategy throughout the cluster. Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring decisions are aligned with the groups strategic direction and based on sound data, ensuring any risks are managed. Driving profitable growth, where possible anticipating opportunities/risks, providing data led recommendations and ensuring there are decisive accountable action plans and lead on Finance components of projects.
Partnering with multiple stakeholders cross-functionally locally and in Itally HQ, to provide timely analysis, insightful guidance, and financial leadership to the organisation.
The Cluster Finance Director will be fully accountable for the Cluster P&L and will functionally report to the FP&A Director (HQ Italy).

Manage day to day Application Management (AM) service and operations for the applications in scope according to service management standard processes and by ensuring that all suppliers are delivering according to agreed SLA/terms and any impact due to major incidents is minimized towards customers and fixed as soon as possible. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, vendors, and external partners, to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 7/8 years of experience in IT within the mentioned domains, preferably in environments with production plants. Strong understanding and knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and quality assurance processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders within the above organizations.
