For a prestigious multinational group, leader in fashion industry, we are looking for a brilliant: PLANT CONTROLLER Reporting to the F&C Manager, and acting as a business partner, she/he will be responsible for the following activities for Croatian plant: Support plant budget, forecast and strategic plan preparation; Month-end closing and variances analysis; Support continuous improvement methodology deployment (from loss identification to saving track); Investments control together with pay back analysis; Prepare expense report, analysis and review; Participate to internal audits; Provide industrial/financial analysis to support plant leadership team on decision making (cost analysis, cost optimization, profitability etc.); Ensure the correct application of procedures and timing respect.
