JOB DESCRIPTION Main responsibilities include: Full responsibility of Southern and CEE P&L (incl. Italy, Spain, Greece, Poland, Romania, Balkans...) Day to day financial monitoring Elaboration of budgets & forecasts, strategic plan Monthly / quarterly and annual closing Monthly reporting & financial results presentation to Management and Corporate HQ Perform and present financial analysis with regards to actuals results, budget/forecast and previous year Act as a trusted business partner with the stakeholders and ensure clear internal financial communication at all levels (marketing and commercial teams ...) Functional support to Market Leads to develop the business and to drive the profitability Coordinate with the marketing and commercial teams to analyze, develop and launch new products (business case, profitability analysis, KPIs monitoring…) Challenge and optimize Commercial Policy, media investment and resource allocation Functional support in annual negotiations with local distributors, financial assessment of business model changes Work on profitability improvement (trade terms, product mix, standard cogs, OPEX optimization…) Ad-hoc projects and analysis Responsible for leading and shaping new financial processes and tools Point of contact for auditors THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT Holding a master’s degree in economics. At least 4-7 years controlling experience. Fluent in English and Italian. French is a plus. Engaged, hands-on, and solution-oriented Team player and real business partner Proactive and collaborative personality with strong communication and social skills. Supportare il team commerciale nelle attività di reporting e analisi dei dati di vendita. Requisiti: Esperienza pregressa nel settore tessile/abbigliamento. Ottima conoscenza delle lingue inglese e spagnola, sia scritte che parlate. Capacità di gestire relazioni commerciali con clienti internazionali. Abilità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli. Buone competenze informatiche, con particolare attenzione ai software di gestione ordini e ai sistemi ERP. Ottime capacità comunicative e di problem solving. Esperienza di 3/5 anni in ruoli simili.

For a prestigious Italian multinational group, a Leader in the food sector, we are looking for a brilliant: SENIOR STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER The profile we are looking for will work with the head of the R&D department to create new products and designs, review existing ones, and provide support for installation through the writing of technical documentation. Main responsibilities: Fully understand customer requests in terms of content, performance, quality, reliability, engineering standards, requirements, and dimensional limitations, etc. Share and develop technical knowledge and skills while collaborating with our customers. Develop and verify the feasibility of costs and the reliability of mechanical product designs using CAD tools. Support design for manufacturing (DFM). Prepare technical reports and presentations. Provide design support during the post-production phase. Provide guidance and technical support for resolving interdepartmental and customer-related issues, as required. Perform design activities to achieve cost-effectiveness between quality, design, and production in accordance with engineering and design standards. Create and assist in the creation of bills of materials. Support the development of production/manufacturing in our facility. We are interested in hiring candidates with: A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or similar fields. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably within the electromechanical sector in household appliances and/or coffee machines or similar. A good knowledge of CAD/SolidWorks/PDM with related product lifecycle management (PLM) and MRO/ERP (Data management) systems. Experience with CEI EN 60335-X standards. Proven experience in designing and developing manufacturing processes and systems. Hands-on experience with fabrication and CNC processes. Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to train and mentor team members. Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
