La figura sarà inserita all'interno del team di pianificazione della produzione e avrà il compito di seguire lo sviluppo e l’implementazione di nuovi tool e reportistiche di pianificazione per un’analisi ottimale delle commesse di produzione e della loro fattibilità, secondo le informazioni provenienti dagli enti interni ed esterni.

Per un importante Gruppo industriale multinazionale, leader nel suo settore, ricerchiamo: EMEA QUALITY DIRECTOR che, alle dirette dipendenze del CEO, avrà il compito di definire le Linee Guida per il mantenimento, lo sviluppo e il miglioramento del Sistema di Gestione della Qualità dell’Azienda, definire politiche e Linee Guida specifiche necessarie alraggiungimento degli obiettivi di qualità, coordinando e monitorando gli Enti Qualità di Plant. PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’ : ● Responsabilità strategica e tattica per l’implementazione di strategie di qualità e obiettivi operativi strategici per soddisfare le aspettative dei clienti per la qualità dei prodotti, ottimizzando i livelli di qualità della produzione e sostenendo l’eccellenza operativa. ● Fornire una visione chiara, ispirare e motivare il personale per raggiungere l’eccellenza ed essere una guida per loro nel momento in cui sviluppano nuove competenze. ● Diffondere i KPIs in tutte le aree della funzione per assicurare che tutti i progetti siano consegnati ai più alti standard di qualità rispettando i costi e le tempistiche. ● Promuovere il miglioramento continuo in tutte le aree del business connesse alla qualità, in linea con la strategia. ● Garantire la disponibilità di una banca dati inerente le Non Conformità Cliente e assicurare la disponibilità ed il consolidamento continuo degli andamenti di prodotto per Plant e per Cliente ● Valutare e proporre gli obiettivi di qualità dei nuovi prodotti in coerenza con le specifiche/disegni del Cliente; ● Assicurare lo sviluppo del parco fornitori aziendale, definendo i requisiti di sistema qualità allineati alle richieste dei Clienti, in coerenza con le politiche e le metodologie aziendali ed il linea con le normative e standard internazionali ● Gestire la risoluzione delle non conformità dei prodotti in produzione ad alto contenuto tecnologico, supportando i Plant nella gestione dei fornitori con performance negative. ● Coordinare e monitorare, anche a seguito degli audit effettuati, la definizione e l’attuazione dei Piani di Miglioramento, e verificarne la coerenza con gli standard qualitativi richiesti dal Cliente. ● Assicurare l’implementazione ottimale dei Piani di Miglioramento per tutti i prodotti dell’Azienda. ● Supportare i riferimenti commerciali dei Clienti perché la qualità, nel suo complesso, concorra in modo ottimale alla Total Customer Satisfaction. ● Definire il Sistema per la Gestione della Qualità Aziendale ed assicurare l’emissione, l’aggiornamento e la diffusione del Manuale della Qualità e delle relative procedure, verificandone la corretta applicazione attraverso audit di sistema. For an important and prestigious multinational industrial group leader in his sector, we are looking for: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE MANAGER The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering & Maintenance departments.
