Key responsibilities Playing a leading role in driving the best Trade negotiations to step change and overachieve the annual sales targets and implement a robust business strategy across the assigned 40 wholesalers (Top customers) Build Joint business plans with the customers to drive the growth of the area and ensure a relevant and consistent year by year growth of the full portfolio cross the 3 categories (Beer, Soft drinks, Energy drinks) Drive the terms & conditions covering multi beverage strategy Develop, introduce and grow brand sales within the assigned customers, provided also with full P&L that not only ensures the achievement of our key commercial metrics, but also the focus on our partners and consumers Ensure effective implementation of the 4D’s Work closely with the National sell-out team, Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and succeed in the B6 Understand customers’ & trade evolution & trends, competitors’ activities and moves and timely suggest actions to further grow our products portfolio performance and profitability Ensure that customers-trade issues are properly considered across the various components of the business Ensure the most accurate sales forecast per SKU/customer Drive the growth of the channel, increasing our innovations’ distribution, succeeding in new consumption occasions, and entering new geographical areas and key towns (B4) Propose Ideas to the On Trade Director for the business development program based on the customer needs. Per azienda del settore moda in fase di ulteriore sviluppo siamo alla ricerca di un Responsabile Operations (sede di lavoro: Torino). La figura selezionata, a diretto riporto dell’Amministratore Delegato, avrà il compito di coordinare i settori di produzione, logistica, acquisti e magazzino. La principale mansione sarà quella di lanciare la produzione delle collezioni e verificare gli stati di avanzamento e le consegne dei fornitori, raccordando i vari settori coinvolti. Il candidato ideale deve provenire dal settore tessile/moda e possedere una solida esperienza nella gestione operativa. Responsabilità: Coordinare i settori di produzione, logistica, acquisti e magazzino per garantire un flusso di lavoro efficiente. Lanciare la produzione delle collezioni, pianificando le attività e assicurando il rispetto delle scadenze. Monitorare gli stati di avanzamento della produzione, intervenendo tempestivamente in caso di ritardi o problematiche. Verificare le consegne dei fornitori, assicurando il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e delle tempistiche concordate. Ottimizzare i processi operativi, implementando best practice e miglioramenti continui. Gestire le risorse umane all'interno dei settori di competenza, favorendo un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e produttivo. Collaborare con altri dipartimenti aziendali per allineare gli obiettivi operativi con quelli strategici. Redigere report periodici sull'andamento delle operazioni, fornendo analisi e raccomandazioni alla direzione. Requisiti: Esperienza pregressa nel settore tessile/moda, con una solida conoscenza dei processi di produzione e logistica. 5-10 anni di esperienza in ruoli manageriali e di coordinamento. Capacità di coordinare e gestire team multi-disciplinari. Eccellenti doti organizzative e di problem solving. Competenze analitiche e capacità di utilizzare strumenti di gestione operativa. Ottime capacità comunicative e interpersonali. Proattività e attitudine al miglioramento continuo. Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline affini sarà considerata un plus.

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global CIO / IT Director to lead the company’s global IT and digital agenda.  JOB PURPOSE The role will work in envisioning, defining, and implementing applications and systems, user experience, data integrations, and predictive analytics. The role will be in charge of the development and maintenance of IT solutions for the company by working with different stakeholders in order to optimize business process efficiency and implement enhancements to internal business processes as well as managing successfully the ERP implementation to ensure that integrated data flows from ERP and production systems support comprehensive business intelligence dashboards, KPI monitoring, and predictive analytics initiatives. MAJOR ACTIVITIES Define the overall ICT architecture and the evolution road map also considering (having strong confidence with) new emerging technology and trends, among others cloud-native architecture, microservices, containerization (es.
