• Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets;
• Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse;
• Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements;
• Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employe
Main requirements:
- Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- At least 7 Years of experience in managerial roles in Production Engineering and Maintenance Management in automotive sector or in multinational industrial components companies;
- Process Development/Manufacturing operations Maintenance & facility management;
- Knowledge of ISO Safety and Environment and IATF normative, Environmental and Safety legal requirements and WCM or other Lean Methodologies;

The figure, included in the Automation & IoT Department, reporting directly to the Division Manager, will have the following responsibilities:

Il/la Control Software Engineer si occupa di assicurare l’attività di sviluppo software per i sistemi embedded utilizzati nei sistemi meccatronici, nel rispetto degli obiettivi del progetto in cui è coinvolto, nonché garantire che il design del software sia in linea con il processo di sviluppo individuato e con le normative di safety adottate.
RESPONSABILITIES

Assicurare lo sviluppo del software applicativo per i sistemi meccatronici, con prevalente uso della metodologia Model Based Design, incluse prove in simulazione MIL, SIL e HIL.

Assicurare che il software sia sviluppato in accordo con i processi definiti in azienda (A-SPICE) e con le valutazioni di functional safety (ISO 26262).

Descrizione della posizione:
La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Plant Manager, avrà la responsabilità di coordinare tutte le attività tecnologiche del Plant nonché le attività di manutenzione dei processi produttivi e degli impianti generali.

As an IT supporter your daily responsibilities will be to swiftly and in a structured manner handle inquiries
from your local coworkers at the Milan offices, and once a week you will have the opportunity to visit the
production site . You will solve problems ranging from CAPS LOCK during login to more
complex issues related to mobile phones, PCs or tablets used by the business. But you will also train your
colleagues on how to use their tools in the most efficient way to solve their daily tasks.
You will be fully supported and trained by your international colleagues from either
headquarters in Denmark, or from IT colleagues all around Europe. You will join the IT Service Delivery
department , where you will also have possibility for personal growth and technical
sparring.
The IT platform is based on Microsoft 365 and we expect you to have a high level of experience with
troubleshooting the applications within this portfolio, such as Outlook, Teams and OneNote. The
production platform is SAP based, so some experience with the SAP products is a plus, but not a
requirement, as it is fully supported from HQ. Some experience with Cisco networks and Windows Server is

La risorsa, a riporto della Direzione Engineering, avrà la responsabilità end to end per il perimetro a lui/lei assegnato nell’ambito della industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti, interfacciandosi per tutti i progetti con l’Ente engineering nelle fasi iniziali di progetto (Preventivazione) per poi coordinare tutte le attività a livello di plant sia per l’approntamento delle campionature che per l’attività di maturazione e validazione processo fino alla fase di produzione di serie.
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ
Interfacciarsi con l’ente Engineering nelle fasi iniziali di preventivazione circa la valutazione della capacità produttiva del potenziale plant di destinazione e per progetti complessi presiede sin da subito il team con l’obiettivo di fare la verifica del ciclo produttivo e la valutazione del rischio di fornitura
