Mission: Supportare il Business assicurando le attività di previsione e controllo dei principali fenomeni economici e patrimoniali dei plant produttivi, supportando le Direzioni di riferimento nella raccolta, analisi e valutazione dei dati e nella definizione delle azioni necessarie, eseguendo le analisi utili per le valutazioni di investimenti e redditività. Coordinare il processo di chiusura gestionale mensile, trimestrale e di fine anno, per la/le Business Unit di riferimento e consolidare i risultati delle altre BUSINESS Unit o Direzioni sulle quali opera come coordinatore Attività: Supportare nella valutazione economica di attività di investimento, acquisto, dei costi di ciascuna Unita’ Produttiva Predisporre i dati per lo sviluppo della reportistica di gruppo a livello settimanale, mensile, trimestrale e di fine anno Supporta il Direttore Supply nelle seguenti aree: 1- Determinazione e verifica della produttività ed efficienza industriale, rilevando e controllando i costi della manodopera e delle linee industriali 2- rilevazione degli scostamenti tra costo d’acquisto e costo standard (PPV) in sede di approvvigionamento delle materie prime/imballi industriali 3- rilevazione degli scostamenti tra costi effettivi e tariffe standard 4- Assicura al Direttore Supply Chain tutta la reportistica di controllo della sua area 5- Presidia il corretto svolgimento di tutte le attività di chiusura mensile connesse con l’area del Costo del venduto

Il nostro Cliente, filiale italiana di un importante gruppo multinazionale americano, ci ha incaricati di ricercare un/una Field Service Technician: La risorsa, inserita all’interno dell’Ente Field Service ed avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Assemblare e installare macchinari elettrici e meccanici sofisticati, nonché pannelli di controllo. Eseguire riparazioni e mantenere standard di manutenzione nel settore elettromeccanico. Interpretare e applicare schemi elettrici e disegni meccanici. Operare e risolvere problemi su sistemi PLC, con preferenza per la tecnologia Siemens. Viaggiare frequentemente in Italia ed all’estero, con prevalenza in Europa (150-190 giorni/anno)   Competenze e requisiti richiesti: Una buona conoscenza dell'inglese è indispensabile. Competenze nel campo elettrico e meccanico. Programmazione PLC – non obbligatoria, ma considerata un vantaggio Avere una buona comprensione dei processi di automazione   Sede di lavoro: Provincia di Firenze All'inizio dell'impiego, verrà effettuata una formazione su tutti i marchi del gruppo in diverse sedi (Italia, Polonia e Paesi Bassi) per un periodo di 2-3 mesi in ciascuna sede. La formazione coprirà le aree di produzione, consentendo ai dipendenti di osservare e comprendere il processo di fabbricazione delle macchine, seguita dal collaudo delle stesse. Durante la formazione, il dipendente assisterà altri tecnici ed esperti nelle varie sedi.

For an important and prestigious multinational industrial group, we are looking for: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE & FACILITY MANAGER The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility departments. Main responsibilities: • Ensure the management of comprensorial assets in terms of Safety and efficiency; • Provide the smooth operational maintenance and preventive maintenance in compliance with the relevant regulations and legal requirements; • Ensure and coordinate the Production Engineering Areas in the whole Plant for the existing products and assure a smooth new product introduction of the new projects • Define and manage investments for safety, environment, facility, building and cost reduction projects; • Define and manage the plant's Annual Capex and define the annual Expences in accordance with the Area Heads, EHS Manager, Quality Manager and Logistic Manager, monitoring its progress; • Ensure the monitoring of all Maintenance KPI's of the different Technology Areas as well as maintenance cost reduction KPI's; • Provide the management of the Working Capital of the indirect materials warehouse (Auxiliary and Maintenance); • Ensure the compliance of the technological system (General and Production Plants) with the relevant legal requirements in force; • Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets; • Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse; • Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements; • Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employer. Main requirements: - Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering; - At least 7 Years of experience in managerial roles in Production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility Management in automotive sector or in multinational industrial components companies; - Process Development/Manufacturing operations Maintenance & facility management; - Knowledge of ISO Safety and Environment and IATF normative, Environmental and Safety legal requirements and WCM or other Lean Methodologies; - Solid knowledge of QA net. Il Plant HRBP, riportando direttamente al Direttore Generale, sarà responsabile dell'implementazione delle politiche e delle procedure HR all'interno dello stabilimento (sito in Toscana). Sarà responsabile della gestione dei seguenti processi: reclutamento, onboarding, relazioni con i dipendenti, conformità, formazione, buste paga, retribuzioni e benefit. Dovrà inoltre essere in grado di comprendere i problemi aziendali e apportare soluzioni basate sulla strategia aziendale. Principali responsabilità: Responsabile del reclutamento e della gestione dei dipendenti dello stabilimento. Collabora con la direzione dello stabilimento nel mantenere i livelli di personale entro il budget. Elabora le buste paga settimanali dello stabilimento e amministra la politica delle presenze. Interpreta e applica le politiche aziendali, i vantaggi, le pratiche, le procedure, i programmi e le leggi applicabili. Mantiene registri e compila report riguardanti dati relativi al personale quali assunzioni, turnover, programmi per i dipendenti, valutazioni delle prestazioni, progressione salariale e tassi di assenteismo. Pianifica e coordina l'inserimento di nuovi dipendenti per promuovere un atteggiamento positivo verso gli obiettivi organizzativi. Analizza le esigenze di formazione per progettare la formazione e lo sviluppo dei dipendenti e della leadership, compresi i programmi di sicurezza. Requisiti: Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 4-5 anni nella funzione HR, possibilmente come HR Plant in aziende manifatturiere. Ottime doti comunicative, inclusa la capacità di comunicare in modo efficace con le parti interessate interne ed esterne. Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e rispettare le scadenze. Purpose of the job The purpose of this job is to set-up the supply chain controlling and support the local management through initiatives aiming at optimizing our costs and deploying best practices. The position encompasses various topics and requires becoming the business partner for the Supply chain Function. Key responsibilities Create reliable relationships with relevant stakeholders to properly monitor the P&L and prepare analysis to support tactical and strategic business decisions that lead to improve service and customer satisfaction; Re-define and oversee the process of collecting and organizing analytical data with the aim of supporting operational decisions. Regularly performance variance analysis for the P&L line under his/her responsibility Support during business cases analysis Build new metrics and KPI; monitor the consistency of the data presented in the various company reports at different levels Supporting a culture of accountability, mainly focusing on the Supply Chain through the identification and analysis of key KPIs to support continuous performance improvement Ensure that SAP system is fully set-up and implemented. Per storica realtà del settore dell’impiantistica navale, oggi parte di un importante player multinazionale, stiamo ricercando un/una   RESPONSABILE TECNICO PROGETTAZIONE IMPIANTI   La figura, inserito in un Team di Progettazione, avrà il compito di monitorare la progettazione di Base di impianti frigoriferi per l’esecuzione di progetti e la predisposizione della documentazione tecnica ad essi relativa.   In particolare la figura si occuperà di:   Eseguire la progettazione (calcoli e disegni) preliminare ed esecutiva delle commesse in acquisizione; Redigere le Distinte base; Gestire le relazioni e la comunicazione con gli uffici tecnici del cliente; Gestire le relazioni interne con l’uff. acquisti e l’uff. commerciale Seguire dal punto di vista tecnico-programmatico lo sviluppo della progettazione esecutiva interfacciandosi con i responsabili del progetto in cantiere. Redigere documentazione as-built e manuali   Requisiti   Diploma di natura tecnica o Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o equivalente; Conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata; Preferibile esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nel settore navalmeccanico in posizioni analoghe a quella richiesta; Disponibilità per eventuali viaggi all’estero e in Italia (max 2 settimane) Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e, preferibilmente, anche di Microsoft Project.
