Mission:   Responsible of the product design for the P1, P0 or P2 projects assigned Insure the product development is aligned with project milestones and targets (Cost, performances vs customer specification) Manage R&D contributors activity in his/her project perimeter Check and Validate drawings of component and assemblies Insure product development is conform to IATF and internal process Insure the implementation of the standards and completion of all R&D activities (PVC checklist, Design Reviews) Main responsibilities: Lead the product integration of external products into the project Manage the customer meetings and satisfaction on the R&D activities Lead the Design reviews on his/her projects with the Standard process (template and methodology) Release the technical document such as drawing, 3D data and all deliverables from the PCV checklist R&D Coordinate contributors resources allocation and alert management regarding needs to insure R&D activities are completed Collaborate with all the team members of the project to reach the project targets Request support to hierarchical manager in case of need and follow daily input from Project Manager Insure Customer intimacy and satisfaction: understand and anticipate customer needs Use the internal network to include the right expertise level inside the product development on his/her projects Create privilege relations with key technology suppliers Drive R&D activities inside PVC on his/her projects Insure implementation of RAISE standards and challenge de-standardization requests Create standards and capitalize on development on his/her projects : RAISE   Requirements: Engineering degree (Preferred Mechanical degree) At least 5 years in product design for automotive components or similar industry Fluent in English Use of CAD software (CATIA V5/V6 or NX) Use of Design FMEA Drawing knowledge ISO norm and stack-up analysis Customer Orientation Decision making attitude Sensitivity to production  

A seguito dell’integrazione di due grandi realtà storiche dell’agroalimentare  e della  configurazione del nuovo gruppo, stiamo ricercando un   DIRETTORE engineering & energy management   Obiettivo della posizione: Assicurare l’attività di ricerca, studio, progettazione e realizzazione delle nuove soluzioni impiantistiche con l’utilizzo delle tecnologie più idonee presenti sul mercato. Aggiornamento, razionalizzazione ed ottimizzazione impiantistica degli stabilimenti massimizzando il tema energetico.   La risorsa sarà un riporto diretto del Direttore Industriale , coordinerà le divisioni engineering di 14 stabilimenti produttivi, l’intero sistema infrastrutturale e la funzione di Energy Management di Gruppo.   Responsabilità: Definizione della corretta scelta progettuale, coordinando e dirigendo l’installazione e la messa a regime delle nuove macchine/impianti, garantendo il pieno rispetto dei tempi e dei costi concordati, nonché delle performance previste da progetto;  Analisi e studio dell’evoluzione tecnologica ed eventualmente proposta di nuovi investimenti e /o modifiche degli impianti dei diversi stabilimenti del Gruppo, assicurandone la corretta realizzazione; Analisi del mercato, studio dei competitor ed individuazione di nuove tendenze tecniche; Monitoraggio delle ditte terze presenti all’interno degli stabilimenti per la realizzazione degli investimenti di competenza dell’engineering secondo il pieno rispetto delle normative sia in termini di sicurezza, ambiente e qualità; Collaborazione nella stesura e realizzazione del piano annuale degli investimenti e verifica dello stato di avanzamento, sia nel rispetto dei costi, sia dei tempi concordati; Coordinamento dei processi di strutturazione delle varie linee produttive degli stabilimenti e verifica della continuità e efficienza; Coordinamento attività di energy management per i 18 stabilimenti del gruppo; Monitoraggio e analisi dei consumi energetici e gestione degli Energy KPIs in ottica sostenibilità; Individuazione di opportunità di miglioramento e realizzazione di progetti di efficientamento energetico; Presentazione periodica dei risultati raggiunti ai vari stakeholder e supporto per la definizione di strategie in ambito energy & sustainability;   Requisiti: Laurea preferibilmente in Ingegneria; Almeno 10 anni nel ruolo maturati all’interno di contesti multiplant; Provenienza dal mondo food/trasformazione alimentare e/o farmaceutico; Si richiedono competenze in ambito infrastructures, engineering e energy; Inglese fluente Doti di leadership, problem solving e passione per il ruolo completano il profilo.

DIGITAL SITE MANAGER We are looking for a DigITal Site Manager for south Turin area. Sarà inoltre incaricato di pianificare e coordinare le attività di approvvigionamento e gestione del materiale per garantire una disponibilità costante e tempestiva. PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ La risorsa, a riporto diretto del Direttore Operativo e Tecnico, svolgerà le seguenti attività: Gestione del Magazzino Ricambi: Supervisionare le operazioni quotidiane del magazzino ricambi, inclusa la ricezione, l'immagazzinamento e la spedizione. Agevolare la pianificazione ed il coordinamento dell’attività di manutenzione. Coordinamento Interno: Coordinare e gestire il personale di magazzino, attraverso l’applicazione delle norme e regole aziendali, nonché supervisionare le attività periodiche e giornaliere. Collaborare con i reparti di manutenzione per garantire una comunicazione fluida e tempestiva riguardo alle esigenze di ricambi. Coordinare con i fornitori esterni per garantire la consegna puntuale dei materiali e gestire le relazioni con i fornitori. Ottimizzazione dei Processi: Identificare opportunità per migliorare l'efficienza operativa e proporre soluzioni per ottimizzare i processi di gestione dei ricambi e dell'inventario. Implementare pratiche di magazzino lean e migliorare la rotazione delle scorte. Identificare i materiali obsoleti e provvedere alla loro gestione e smaltimento Reportistica e Analisi: Generare report periodici sull'andamento delle attività di gestione dei ricambi e delle manutenzioni inclusi dati sulle scorte, la domanda, i tempi di consegna e altre metriche chiave. Analizzare i dati per identificare tendenze e fornire raccomandazioni per miglioramenti. REQUISITI Laurea in Logistica, Supply Chain Management o campo correlato (o esperienza equivalente). Esperienza nel settore di almeno 8 anni. Esperienza nella gestione di magazzini ricambi, nella pianificazione del materiale e nella programmazione di attività manutentiva o di produzione. Conoscenza approfondita dei principi di gestione dell'inventario e delle pratiche di magazzino. Abilità nella gestione di software di pianificazione e sistemi di gestione dell'inventario (SAP). Esperienza nel generare report periodici sull'andamento delle attività di gestione dei ricambi e delle manutenzioni inclusi dati sulle scorte, la domanda, i tempi di consegna e altre metriche chiave e nell’analizzare i dati per identificare tendenze e fornire raccomandazioni per miglioramenti.
