Per primaria realtà del settore Construction, stiamo ricercando un/una:   SENIOR BUYER   La risorsa, a riporto del Category Manager, avrà la responsabilità di garantire il controllo della correttezza formale e sostanziale delle operazioni di acquisto delle commodity di competenza monitorando il budget e le sue previsioni e garantendone l'ottimizzazione qualitativa, quantitativa, economica e finanziaria.   PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ Collabora all'ottimizzazione economica e qualitativa acquisti, effettuando ricerche di mercato, raccogliendo informazioni (direttamente o tramite referenze) per lo scouting e la qualifica dei fornitori/subappaltatori allo scopo di ricercare opportunità di approvvigionamento più favorevoli. Redige le Richieste di Offerta (RdO), le trasmette ai fornitori e valuta le risposte tramite quadri di raffronto Negozia con i fornitori i prezzi migliori dei prodotti d'acquisto contrattandone i tempi di consegna, attraverso la supervisione del Category Manager ove necessario Gestisce il processo di fornitura in tutti i suoi aspetti, compresa la parte di trattativa commerciale atta a perseguire gli obiettivi di saving Redige il conseguente contratto di fornitura e si occupa poi della relativa sottoscrizione ed archiviazione Contribuisce all'aggiornamento dello stato della qualifica dei fornitori/subappaltatori attraverso monitoraggi e verifiche effettuati in cantiere Esegue l'analisi dei costi e stabilendo parametri di riferimento adeguati Gestisce la reportistica di riferimento (costi medi, livello di servizio dei fornitori, scostamenti dal budget) condividendola con il Category Manager Comunica proattivamente con i cantieri così da ottimizzare le attività di pianificazione degli acquisti ed anticiparne eventuali problematiche Effettua le dovute ricerche di mercato, con il supporto dei cantieri e dell'UT per i relativi allineamenti REQUISITI Diploma o laurea ad indirizzo tecnico Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 8 anni in aziende modernamente strutturate del settore Construction/ Industriale Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, gradita seconda lingua Ottima propensione al problem solving Leadership, team working Sede di lavoro: Provincia di Bergamo
