JOB OVERVIEW: Collabora con l’Operation Manager per la definizione dei programmi di produzione e provvede alla loro attuazione. È responsabile del coordinamento e della supervisione delle squadre addette alle fasi di preparazione e rimessaggio. È responsabile degli acquisti del materiale di consumo per i reparti produzione allestimenti, verniciatura, impianti elettrici, falegnameria e officina ferro, sia direttamente che indirettamente come supervisore. Pianifica le attività di spedizione e supervisiona la gestione del magazzino correlato. Definisce il layout del magazzino, i criteri di stivaggio e propone miglioramenti per ottimizzare gli spazi e i cicli di lavorazione. È responsabile del programma di manutenzione dei materiali standard e personalizzati, elaborando piani di intervento in collaborazione con l’Operation Manager. Coordina e supervisiona la gestione del magazzino attrezzature. Propone investimenti necessari all’attuazione delle attività aziendali all’Operation Manager e alla Direzione Generale. SENIORITY: Esperienza in aziende manifatturiere (non di processo) del settore legno (terzisti o simili), meccaniche, mobili e arredi, falegnameria di piccola/medio dimensione Esperienza nella gestione diretta delle persone, senza riporti intermedi. REQUISITI: Capacità di gestione del personale e autorevolezza. Ottime doti di micro-organizzazione. Controllo di dettaglio sulle attività in corso. Problem-solving rapido e continuo.
