Direct cooperation with a team of colleagues responsible for the other areas of Guest Experience (Meet & Greet, Hospitality, F&B, Housekeeping, HR, ). Key Activities: Fleetwide  Product Plan Coordination (based on seasons, liaise with Artist coordinator, Musical Coordinator, Production Coordinator, Technical Operations manager, Animation Product manager to grant a smooth planning according to itineraries, and guests' typology; Coordination with Hotel Ops Director and HR Dpt. to define a correct planning and rotation of Cruise Directors and Assistant Cruise Directors; Draft down with Hotel Ops Director a yearly Entertainment Audit Plan including follow ups on audits performed by the CD Traveling; Liaise with Animation Coordinator and Technical Operation Manager in order to plan and grant a fleetwide proper rotation of animators, technicians ; Study & develop an Entertainment Program of activities tailored on ship's itineraries,  guests profile and markets needs Liaise with Entertainment Musical coordinator in order to plan and grant  fleetwide the required Musical standards; Liaise with Entertainment Production Coordinator in order to grant the required Production  standards; Constantly analyze feedback from guests and presenting recommendations for improvement based on the findings; Have a constant contact with on board CD and ACD and be the main referent point for them; Being responsible for supervising the entertainment product on board and controlling that the product quality is in line with company expectations and guests' needs; Coordinating and supervising with production Mgr, CCA coordinator, CAA coordinator, Technical Consultant , Music coordinator, Artist coordinator the recruiting quality of the selected candidates (production singers, dancers, technicians, djs animators, musicians, artists...) Main objective is the development and successful implementation system, with focus on the continuous improvement of the maintenance, to achieve significant cost savings, improve the reliability and uptime of the machinery, the management of spare parts and the efficiency of the maintenance organization.   Main responsibilities Developing and maintaining the standards and methods related to the Professional and Autonomous Maintenance improvement stream and creating the associated training material. Serving as a trainer about Maintenance standards and improvement methods inside the Company Academy, in order to create an adequate level of competence in the Head Quarter and in the Factories. Providing the necessary support to the Plant Directors, Maintenance stream leaders and improvement teams inside the factories, in order to successfully implement the standards and methods according to the Company System Road Map, also through dedicated missions on site. Monitoring the progress of PMS implementation and projects achievements. Serving as an assessor during the audits, regularly performed in the factories. Has a technical background, reinforced by shop-floor practice, that will enable creative and cost-effective solutions applying the Maintenance improvement principles. Is a leader in the implementation of the continuous improvement system worldwide, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization. Develops an adequate level of competence about the Company organization, production process to support the successful implementation and the results of the continuous improvement as a whole. Technical and Soft Skills At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a significative experience in maintenance management. Master's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management. Fluency in English, other languages such as: German, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Chinese, are considered a plus. Sound understanding of Manufacturing Improvement Systems. We are looking for an important company (Genova) a Luxury Food&Beverage Buyer   JOB PURPOSE The Luxury F&B Buyer ensures the satisfactory completion of F&B purchasing agreements and assists the Purchasing Manager in ensuring the best combination of quality, price and delivery ratio. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Identifies and evaluates suppliers - communicates with them in order to achieve the best markets conditions; • Sources F&B products for the Luxury vessels, following Company guidelines and indications while liasing with the F&B purchasing team; • Negotiates luxury F&B products worldwide, verifying delivery conditions with Logistics department; • Analyses suppliers' quotations and contract bids, verifying and negotiating contract terms, such as price, quality and delivery conditions; • Manages and builds appropriate relationships with suppliers, developing strategic partnership and projects; • Keeps up to date with luxury F&B market trends, proactively suggesting innovative solutions and products, and using market research to strategically plan future purchases; • Prepares reports and maintain accurate records; • Proactively works with Logistics and Warehouse, coordinating delivery operations to the vessels; QUALIFICATIONS • Previous experience in the role, minimum 3 years; • Experience in the F&B sector and comprehensive understanding of F&B strategic sourcing and market trends • Fluent English.
