You will have the opportunity to create and develop footwear products for Men’s and Women’s and be involved in the creative process. You will have a direct, daily contact with the footwear factory in Italy (Marche area), and will pilot the development of all products within the timings requested, for both mens and womens, and both runway and pre-collections. You will report directly to the Owner and to the Head of Collections development and Merchandising. Your key accountability : Proficient ability to apply and perform graphic design skills Understand and present design concepts Proven technical knowledge and skills in order to accurately provide information to designer, and accompany the technical development of the products by the footwear team in Marche. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines at all stages, design reviews, product management interaction Who you are : 3 to 5 years experience Excellent drawing skills Computer literate using Macintosh computer Ability to use Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator Driving license Avaibility to travel to the shoes factory (Marche area) and the studio (Reggio Emilia area) when requested.  

Purpose of the job The purpose of this job is to set-up the supply chain controlling and support the local management through initiatives aiming at optimizing our costs and deploying best practices. The position encompasses various topics and requires becoming the business partner for the Supply chain Function. Key responsibilities Create reliable relationships with relevant stakeholders to properly monitor the P&L and prepare analysis to support tactical and strategic business decisions that lead to improve service and customer satisfaction; Re-define and oversee the process of collecting and organizing analytical data with the aim of supporting operational decisions. Regularly performance variance analysis for the P&L line under his/her responsibility Support during business cases analysis Build new metrics and KPI; monitor the consistency of the data presented in the various company reports at different levels Supporting a culture of accountability, mainly focusing on the Supply Chain through the identification and analysis of key KPIs to support continuous performance improvement Ensure that SAP system is fully set-up and implemented. Prepare all required ad hoc reports and implement all changes for systems. Participate in the design phase of new supply process, supporting decision making phase producing ad hoc analysis. Requirements Master’s degree in economics / Management engineering. Master’s in Finance is a plus. Minimum 5 years’ experience as financial controller in plants/industrial areas, better if in FMCG companies. Preferably experience in set-up a new supply chain environment Business acumen with strong analytical skills and structured approach Good level of autonomy and self motivated in achieving results Ability to work in teams Advanced data analysis skills and knowledge and use of SAP/Power BI; Proficiency in Excel and MS Office package Fluency in English Availability to travel 2-3 days/week

The role ensures design robustness, compliance with CSR requirements, and correct design intent according to Design for Manufacturing (DfM) principles. Main activities and responsibilities: Product Design & Technical Ownership Lead product design using advanced CAD tools (e.g., Creo/Catia/Siemens NX) for 3D modelling, assemblies, 2D drawings, GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis. Define concept design with a strong focus on Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly, considering molding, welding and cost constraints. Define technical specifications, interfaces, materials and functional requirements of components and assemblies. Lead and maintain the DFMEA, integrating failure modes based on testing and lessons learned. Collaborate in PFMEA activities with IPE and PQE to ensure production process robustness. Validation & Compliance (DV/PV) Define, negotiate and obtain customer approval for the DV & PV, managing acceptance criteria and revisions. Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (injection molding, vibro-weld, welding, overmolding).
