For a multinational company leader in automatic data capture and process automation, we are looking for a R&D HARDWARE SENIOR ENGINEER. The Senior Hardware Engineer is part of a development team building and working autonomously on the design of part of the system (HW board or FPGA or firmware). He/She is involved in all areas of development from design to test. Design HW Architectures (allocating Analog/Digital processing resources, microprocessors and memories, communication interfaces) of mid-complex Opto-Mechatronics & SW Embedded Systems. Main responsibilities: Design HW Architectures (allocating Analog/Digital processing resources, microprocessors and memories, communication interfaces) of complex Opto-Mechatronics & SW Embedded systems Splitting a complex design into simplest task Evaluating and providing recommendations on the project efforts Designing the test plan and adopted procedure Ensuring sustainable design of the product subsystem in his/her scope of responsibility adopting standardization principles and robust design methodologies Documenting the concept definition choices, the testing methodology, the strengths and weaknesses of the solutions implemented Fixing bugs during the integration phase and guarantee sustaining activities on existing products Requirements: Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline Fluent in English Advanced knowledge (both Analog Design and Digital Design) of complex HW platform design, main electronic components (Microprocessor, Flash, RAM, FPGA/CPLD, Ethernet PHYs, with relative power supply solutions) and Microprocessor architecture (single/multi core ARM or DSP) Advanced knowledge of Main Communication Protocol Interfaces (Serial, I2C, SPI, Ethernet) and High Speed Communication Protocol Interfaces (LVDS, MIPI, PCI-Express, ecc..) Advanced knowledge of Electronic CAD (Mentor Graphics) and PCB layout design and rules (Signal Integrity, Impedance Control, ecc..) Advanced knowledge of CMOS Image Sensor and CCD Linear Sensor technology Advanced knowledge of main Electronic Laboratory Instruments and tools (Power supplies, Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Signal Generators, ecc..) Per importante Cliente, multinazionale italiana, del settore automotive, siamo alla ricercar di un/una:   Metallurgical Lab Specialist   Mission: Effettuare analisi di laboratorio per: supportare l’Ente P&Q nei processi di benestare (PPAP) e nelle diagnosi di progetto, di processo produttivo e di fornitura; supportare gli enti tecnici nei progetti di sviluppo.   Responsabilità principali: Effettua le analisi di laboratorio necessarie per i processi di benestare (PPAP) e/o i controlli ad audit relativamente ai materiali metallici e ai loro trattamenti; Effettua le attività di laboratorio relative alla failure analysis per i componenti in materiale metallico (acciai, leghe di alluminio, leghe di Titanio, leghe di Nichel, sinterizzati, ottenuti per additive manufacturing); Effettua attività di analisi di laboratorio necessarie alla valutazione delle diverse fasi dei progetti di sviluppo; Effettua analisi di laboratorio di benchmarking relativamente ai componenti in materiale metallico; Effettua analisi di laboratorio per supportare Tecnologie e le aree produttive per la messa in esercizio di nuovi impianti o implementazioni di impianti esistenti; Mantiene sotto controllo la correttezza del processo interno di nitrurazione dei componenti make (alberi motore) tramite la verifica dei risultati delle analisi sui campioni di riferimento; Utilizza e mantiene efficienti tramite un adeguato piano di manutenzione gli strumenti; Compila report di analisi; Si interfaccia in autonomia con i clienti interni e i fornitori per chiarimenti/richieste su analisi di laboratorio e per il buon funzionamento delle attrezzature.     Requisiti specifici: Laurea in Ingegneria dei Materiali indirizzo metallurgico o Scienze dei Materiali indirizzo metallurgico; Esperienza di almeno 6 mesi in un laboratorio di prova e di misura; Orientamento alla sintesi nella preparazione dei risultati delle analisi (reportistica efficace); Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata; Riconoscimento della logica cliente-fornitore; Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office.   Luogo di lavoro: Modena
