Qualifications and Skills: BS Degree in Engineering (preferred) 10 years of experience processing plastics materials with at least five years experience in a supervising / managing role. Previous experience managing production / operations at a manufacturing / transforming company specializing in semi-finished plastics products, for the medical and electronics industries as preferred. Production management and knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement, quality controls and management, industrial logistics flows, machine installation, process engineering, and improvement. Month, quarter and year-end closure activities / actual results against budget-forecast-PY / P&L analysis. Prepare budget and rolling forecast according to local / central requirements.
