Per un’importante realtà nostra cliente ricerchiamo un/a: BUYER Riportando direttamente alla Direzione Generale, gestirà in autonomia le attività di scouting e selezione fornitori, le contrattazioni ed il budget d’acquisto. Principali aree di responsabilità: Gestione dell’approvvigionamento di materie prime, semilavorati, prodotti finiti, materiale di confezionamento e servizi, secondo il piano di produzione aziendale, nei tempi corretti ed al minor costo possibile; Ricerca costante sul mercato di nuovi fornitori in base alle esigenze di produzione e di sviluppo dei progetti; Effettuare le operazioni amministrative necessarie alla gestione degli ordini, al sollecito, al controllo e all’inventario delle materie prime e del loro confezionamento; Mantenimento di costanti collegamenti con i Responsabili di Produzione, il Responsabile dell’Ufficio Tecnico ed i Responsabili di Progetto (PM), ai fini di fissare gli standard dei prodotti da acquistare; Gestione dell’archivio Ufficio Acquisti nonché della distribuzione delle varie statistiche aziendali secondo le procedure aziendali, gestione file dei fornitori e aggiornamenti data base; Effettuare mensilmente l’inventario fisico controllando le giacenze fisiche con quelle contabili in collaborazione con il Responsabile di Produzione; Gestionde dei contratti con fornitori Italia e esteri; Ricerca di fiere del settore per tipologie di materiale, visita alle fiere e selezione delle campionature; Controllo dei budget di commessa in collaborazione con il Responsabile di Commessa (PM); Servizio logistico presso i clienti ed ottimizzazione del servizio logistico fornitori; Valutazione dei fornitori avvalendosi, quando necessario, di visite conoscitive presso di essi; Monitoraggio fornitori circa il rispetto dei tempi di consegna, costi e standard qualitativi dei termini contrattuali. RESPONSABILITA’ Garantire la definizione dei diversi tipi di test (integrazione, funzionali e sicurezza) di sottosistemi e componenti per le varie fasi di progetto (sviluppo, validazione) Garantire la definizione dei diversi processi (assemblaggio e verifica) di sottosistemi e componenti per le varie fasi di progetto (sviluppo, validazione) Garantire la definizione e/o il miglioramento di documenti, metodi, procedure, processi e strumenti specifici per l’area di appartenenza Garantire la realizzazione, la manutenzione, la taratura della strumentazione dei banchi di prova Garantire la preparazione, l'allestimento e l’esecuzione dei diversi tipi di test e processi di assemblaggio Garantire l’analisi dei dati acquisiti, la compilazione e la redazione delle relazioni di prova ed assemblaggio Garantire l’analisi degli scostamenti e la ricerca di possibili cause, proponendo eventuali soluzioni in ottica di miglioramento continuo Assicurare una continua attività critica di controllo preventivo in termini di sicurezza   Il candidato/a ideale è in possesso di un Diploma meccanico, meccatronico, elettromeccanico, elettrotecnico, elettronico, ha una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, ha una buona operatività unitamente a delle spiccate abilità relazionali, una propensione al lavoro in team ed è fortemente orientato/a a modalità di lavoro sul campo. E‘ inoltre richiesta la conoscenza del prodotto Brembo, della strumentazione di test e delle misure meccaniche/elettriche/elettroniche, di strumenti di analisi di dati (Excel, Diadem, Matlab), un’ottima abilità nella manipolazione ed assemblaggio di componenti meccanici, elettromeccanici ed elettronici. Si richiedono fra 1 e 2 anni di esperienza in posizioni analoghe maturate preferibilmente nel settore automotive su degli attuatori e pinze elettromeccaniche.

Main task is to execute Advanced Quality activities for the new products under development contributing to flawless launches and the continuous improvement of current production of the Transmission components (gearbox, e-axle, PTU, etc…).  Key Responsibilities Actively participate in the risk assessment of new vehicle under development Manage the analysis of opened issues (including Development, Test Drive and Field) including the corrective actions to solve the issue Prepare the report by involving the Vehicle Regulation Team in case of field issue which could cause an action on field.   Analyse the drawings ensuring the fully alignment to the technical specification prescribed.  Analyse BOM (Bill of Material)  Actively participate to the design review.  Actively participate to prepare DFMEA and PFMEA. Main activities and responsibilities: Ensure all quality SOPs are followed and maintained. Schedule production for molding and assembly based on customer expected ship dates achieving perfect quality and ensure Hourly/Daily/Weekly/Monthly production reporting is accurate,. Immediately resolve off-schedule situations, variances to performance, lost time and production costs that are off-standard. Ensure process bottlenecks are known, perform gap analysis and drive continuous improvement plans to eliminate/reduce bottlenecks. Identifies and implements opportunities for improvement to KPIs – labor, machine rates versus target, scrap, etc. Work with maintenance to ensure machine uptime, including coordination of PM schedules with production schedules.
