•Implementare un processo di business review mensile con i commerciali di riferimento e veicolare l’analisi dei margini di contribuzione per categoria merceologica e canale
•Individuare opportunità di miglioramento delle marginalità confrontando le redditività per categoria/fornitore/canale e supportare la negoziazione del category
•Garantire la tempestiva predisposizione dei report mensili
Requisiti:

The resourse will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, negotiation and Raw Materials, Accessories and Operations costs improvement, following from the prototype phase to the production. Manage Price List for Raw Materials, Accessories, Operations. Negotiate Costs for Raw Materials, Accessories, Operations. Analyze costs finish product. Analyze incidence costs of components. Estimate in advance costs and alternative scenarios. Collaboration with industrialization team to find constructive alternative. Collaboration with merchandising and development team to find solution and respect target margins. Check and analysis of cost sheet of finish product received from the suppliers ( woman and man collection for all categories). Maintaining Cost Accounting System PLM. Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports. Requirements Bachelor / Master Degree Working proficiency in Italian and English (French knowledge is a plus) Knowledge of PLM is a plus Problem solving Analytical and negotiation skills Collaboration and team work aptitude Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) At least 5 years in similar role

For an important international luxury company, we are looking for a: BUYER RAW MATERIALS Main responsibilities: Manage the process of purchasing from a technical, timeline and cost point of view for the Raw Materials: Leather, Fabrics, Metal Hardware, Packaging. Work in the Production team, very closely with the Raw Materials Research team with the objective of validating all necessary information and to make sure that the allocations of materials are suitable for production; Support the Production Planning Team to guarantee the on time deliveries of the materials. Work in close relationship with manufacturers in order to manage any material related issue and possible optimizations. In charge of a detailed follow up of the purchasing orders, relation of deliveries KPIs and reporting. Per azienda retail specializzata nella distribuzione di prodotti di elettronica di consumo, ricerchiamo un/a: RETAIL CONTROLLER La risorsa, riportando al Responsabile Business Controlling, si occuperà di individuare opportunità di efficientamento relative alla rete dei punti vendita, comparando le performance del singolo store rispetto alla media dei punti vendita paragonabili sia in termini di ricavi e margini, che di costi di negozio.
