Adequate knowledge of materials (metals, elastomers, plastics) and their main mechanical characteristics. Good knowledge of design methodologies (DFMEA, PFMEA, DOE ...) and product development tools (PPAP, APQP, ...) Good organizational, managerial, and relational skills (Project Management, Negotiation and conflict management, Team building). Strong leadership is required to guide and guide the Team to the result, and a good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) to be able to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
