PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ Analisi dei fabbisogni aziendali ed emissione ordini di acquisto tramite gestionale. Controllo conferme ordine e monitoraggio delle consegne aggiornando costantemente le informazioni a sistema. Ricerca, selezione e valutazione di fornitori nazionali ed esteri. Richiesta e confronto offerte, negoziazione prezzi e condizioni contrattuali . Collaborazione con gli altri reparti. Controllo dei documenti di trasporto, fatture e non conformità. Analisi dei costi e monitoraggio performance fornitori. REQUISITI RICHIESTI Richiesta esperienza pregressa nel ruolo. Conoscenza/ utilizzo strumenti gestionali. Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata), una seconda lingua avrà caratterE preferenziale nella selezione. Ottime capacità di negoziazione, problem solving e gestione delle priorità. Precisione, autonomia e orientamento al risultato. Capacità di lavorare in team ed in un contesto dinamico. For a major customer in the automotive sector, we are looking for a:   Mechanical Development Quality Responsible    Summary Description   Member of the Quality Development Team. Main task is to execute Advanced Quality activities for the new products under development contributing to flawless launches and the continuous improvement of current production of the Transmission components (gearbox, e-axle, PTU, etc…).  Key Responsibilities Actively participate in the risk assessment of new vehicle under development Manage the analysis of opened issues (including Development, Test Drive and Field) including the corrective actions to solve the issue Prepare the report by involving the Vehicle Regulation Team in case of field issue which could cause an action on field.   Analyse the drawings ensuring the fully alignment to the technical specification prescribed.  Analyse BOM (Bill of Material)  Actively participate to the design review.  Actively participate to prepare DFMEA and PFMEA. Prepare along with Cross Functional Team the action plan to improve the reliability products Monitor Quality deliverables (KPI) vs Target defined per each Program Gate. Define and lead the corrective actions to achieve the Quality Target defined for the vehicle under development. Prepare the Quality KPI reporting.   Skills and Requirements   Master’s degree in mechanic/automotive/mechatronic engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years in automotive experience  Deep knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D discipline and problem solving methodology) and IATF 16949 Able to organize and prioritize completion of assigned tasks. Positive attitude towards teamwork, proactive approach, problem solving attitude. Good capacity of analysis and synthesis.
