Per un’importante azienda automotive, leader nel settore, ricerchiamo: HEAD OF LOGISTICS BU AFTERMARKET La risorsa, riportando al COO della Business Unit, si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Assicurare la corretta gestione della catena di approvvigionamento per l’area Aftermarket worldwide, garantendo un tasso di rotazione ottimale delle scorte per tutti i prodotti nei magazzini AM e assicurando la corretta emissione di budget per tutte le attività logistiche (warehouse, handling, operation, freight in/put) nel rispetto del budget assegnato. Assicurare l’emissione di piani produttivi mensili verso i fornitori interni ed esterni per il replenishment dei prodotti nei magazzini, garantendo la gestione dei provider logistici esterni al fine di ottenere alte performance di servizio e il rispetto del lead time nei confronti del cliente. Proporre le azioni necessarie in ambito logistico per il raggiungimento dei target, il miglioramento delle attività e dei processi interni/esterni, individuando possibili savings. Assicurare infine il coordinamento di tutte le attività riguardanti i processi di verniciatura, marcatura e packaging oltre che la gestione degli aspetti doganali e contrattuali relative agli icoterms. For a prestigious multinational group, leader in automotive and industrial industry, we are looking for a/an brilliant: ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER We are seeking a qualified Engineering and Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing engineering and maintenance activities. This includes overseeing staff development, ensuring compliance with HSE and ergonomic standards, and collaborating with plant operations to improve O.E.E. and processes. The Candidate will also promote safety, quality, and equipment efficiency, handle new process industrialization, coordinate engineering changes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the publication of maintenance results and KPI. Responsibilities: Manage and organize the activities related to the engineering, maintenance office; Oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence; Ensure that all designs comply with HSE and ergonomic requirements; Collaborate with the plant operations team to promote improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness and overall process improvements; Promote improvements in terms of safety, quality, availability and efficiency of equipment; Responsibility of new Process Industrialization within the Plant. PFMEA; Coordinates all customer and internal engineering changes; Drive continuous improvement of processes, quality and cost to maintain profitability and competitiveness; Follow-up on permanent corrective action plans to resolve any outstanding issues related to quality, production, equipment, tooling, customers, and production controls; Ensure process maintenance results and KPI’s publishing; Manage plan and control absenteeism, vacations, overtime and recognition process for people within the area; Provide and ensure support for issues escalation process; Responsible for maintaining IATF compliance within manufacturing; Coordinate and supervise external companies working for maintenance; Identify create and develop together with HR individual training plan if needed; Coordinate with all departments of the plant to develop the annual Capex plan. Follow up Capex approval and Management; Work with facility, maintenance and warehouse managers to ensure adequate and accurate inventories are maintained to support production.   Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
