Per un’importante azienda operante nel settore alimentare, ricerchiamo un/una: RESPONSABILE MANUTENZIONE La risorsa si occuperà di garantire l’efficienza degli impianti e delle utilities dello stabilimento nel rispetto delle politiche definite, del budget e degli standard di qualità, igiene, sicurezza e GMP in ottica di miglioramento continuo. Principali responsabilità: Applicare le politiche di manutenzione definite con la Direzione di Stabilimento proponendo e definendo i piani annuali di intervento, il relativo budget e gli obiettivi del proprio reparto: fermo macchina, tempi di ripristino, magazzino scorte, ecc.; Sviluppare ed attuare il programma di manutenzione preventiva e revisione annuale finalizzato alla riduzione dei fermi macchina e dei costi di manutenzione ed energetici; Garantire la tempestiva realizzazione degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria (elettrica e meccanica ed elettronica) segnalati dagli operatori di linea e loro responsabili e dai tecnologi e dal reparto qualità; Garantire la corretta ed ottimale gestione del magazzino ricambi attraverso la definizione dell’allocazione dei pezzi e delle indicazioni per l’approvvigionamento e/o il ricondizionamento nel rispetto dei costi e delle linee guida aziendali; Assicurare la corretta gestione dei fornitori esterni attraverso la valutazione in fase di scouting dei requisiti e dei costi sulla base delle linee guida interne, il coordinamento e supervisione in fase di azione e la valutazione della conformità degli interventi alle richieste; Contribuire a promuovere all’interno dello stabilimento una cultura della Qualità e di Lean Manufacturing Requisiti principali: Laurea in Ingegneria o cultura impiantistica equivalente; Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5/8 anni, in aziende di processo con forte attenzione su igiene/qualità (food plus); Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese; Lean manufacturing; Leadership e gestione delle risorse umane; Orientamento agli obiettivi; Orientamento al miglioramento continuo; Analisi e pianificazione; Problem Solving Sede di lavoro: Provincia di Torino
For a prestigious multinational Automotive company, we are looking for a: LEAD ENGINEER POWER ELECTRONICS The candidate will work in the area of advanced engineering for Power Inverter development in the range of 50-300 kW. Areas of expertise will include Power semiconductor technology, power device packaging and thermal management, Gate drive circuits, SMPS, DC bus capacitance and EMC filters.
