SALES ENGINEER

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer in Turin to join a dynamic company operating in the off-highway components sector. The successful candidate will collaborate in developing and managing customer relationships and contributing to the company’s commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact.

  • Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and pricing agreements.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (R&D, Production, Quality) to ensure alignment with customer needs.

  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

  • Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the automotive components industry, Off-Highway, Agriculture or Machinery.

  • Technical background.

  • Strong customer orientation and commercial acumen.

  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.

  • Availability for frequent business travel, both in Italy and abroad.
