La persona dovrà affiancare e supportare il Datore di Lavoro nelle attività di analisi, valutazione e prevenzione dei rischi.
Principali responsabilità:
Preparare ed aggiornare i protocolli e le documentazioni richieste ai fini della legge
Elaborare le procedure di sicurezza per tutte le attività aziendali;
Definire e sviluppare programmi di formazione e di informazione sui rischi legati alla sicurezza;
Definire e valutare l’applicazione delle procedure in ambito Qualità, Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente;
Coordinare e supportare l’implementazione di programmi di miglioramento QHSE;
Assicurare l’ottenimento ed il mantenimento delle certificazioni richieste (es. ISO 9001, 14001, …);
Svolgere attività di audit nei cantieri e mantenere le relazioni con enti certificatori
Raccogliere dati sugli infortuni e produrre analisi e report statistici in merito.
Prerequisiti richiesti:
Laurea a indirizzo tecnico, come Ingegneria Meccanica o Elettrotecnica o Gestionale o dell'Ambiente e del Territorio
Esperienza maturata di almeno 5 anni nei processi di analisi, valutazione e prevenzione dei rischi
Possesso di competenze tecnico professionali di valutazione e prevenzione dei rischi, analisi dei dati e report statistici;
Conoscenza della normativa di riferimento (in particolare D.Lgs. 81/08 - testo Unico in materia di salute e sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro e successive integrazioni), delle reti dei processi e procedure operative

For a prestigious multinational Automotive company, we are looking for a: LEAD ENGINEER POWER ELECTRONICS The candidate will work in the area of advanced engineering for Power Inverter development in the range of 50-300 kW. Areas of expertise will include Power semiconductor technology, power device packaging and thermal management, Gate drive circuits, SMPS, DC bus capacitance and EMC filters.
