For our important Client, Leader Company in travel’s World, Consea is looking for ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCT SPECIALIST Who will join the Company’s Guest Experience and Onboard Revenue Department. Key activities: Cooperation with Animation Product Manager in the creation of new activities/ parties/ theme nights/ sports and various, in the consolidation and revamp of standard product above already implemented, related to adult, children and teens; Coordination of effective execution of animation product on board for all the audience and implementation of new activities supporting the Animation Product Manager; Regular ship visit all fleet during the year deepening the product and the interaction with animation teams / staff on board; Cooperation with the Animation Product Manager in the definition of the method of execution related to seasonal program all fleet, in the choice of materials and costumes; Support to the HR Team Shoreside in the identification of seasonal teams all fleet and appropriate manning; Support to the Recruiting Team Shoreside during the selection program for new candidates with live interviews; Support the Dedicate Team in the consolidation of Recruiting Master program for Adult and Children animators as Company Entertainment represent Requirements: Fluent Italian and English language, with rather knowledge of a third language (at least oral) between French, Spanish or German; Preferably a candidate motivated and empathetic with strong social interactions skills required for a cutting-edge entertainment environment; Creative and dynamic person, passionate of team play, open to change with strong sense of flexibility, able to encourage and help others in giving their best; Animation’s lover digital world, of tv entertainment formats, of thematic and social animation, updated on entertainment trends; Excellent communication skills focused on promoting openness and transparency, open to variety and cultural differences; Strongly committed to enhance sustainability.

Key Responsibilities Define and implement standards in terms of reporting, routines and KPI’s across ePT globally (USA, Japan, Thailand, India, Germany, Italy, Poland); Optimize and implement new data gathering processes and data management in different systems in collaboration with HR management, Finance and HR reporting team. Competenze elettroniche dal punto di vista digitale, analogico e parzialmente di potenza. Esperienza nell’utilizzo di strumenti di laboratorio.
