Per un’importante realtà industriale operante nel settore food, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Responsabile della Produzione. La risorsa, con riporto diretto al Direttore Operations, avrà la responsabilità della gestione e dell’ottimizzazione delle attività produttive di due siti adiacenti, coordinando inoltre la movimentazione dei prodotti e la gestione degli stock presso tre depositi periferici. Il ruolo prevede la gestione del personale produttivo e degli autisti interni, assicurando il rispetto dei programmi di produzione, la corretta evasione degli ordini e l’efficienza complessiva dei flussi produttivi e logistici. Nello specifico, la persona sarà responsabile della pianificazione dei turni e dei cicli produttivi, del coordinamento delle squadre operative e del monitoraggio delle performance degli impianti attraverso KPI di efficienza, produttività, scarti e fermi macchina. Avrà, inoltre, la responsabilità della gestione degli stock e della rotazione delle merci nei depositi periferici, coordinando i trasferimenti di materie prime e prodotti finiti e interfacciandosi con le funzioni Logistica, Commerciale, Qualità e Manutenzione. Completa il perimetro la responsabilità sul rispetto degli standard di sicurezza, qualità, HACCP e tracciabilità, nonché delle condizioni di ordine e pulizia degli ambienti produttivi e logistici. Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato 8-10 anni di esperienza in ruoli di responsabilità nella gestione della produzione, preferibilmente in contesti industriali alimentari, mangimistici, molitori o affini. È preferibile una laurea in discipline tecniche o scientifiche (es. Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari, Ingegneria) oppure un diploma tecnico, unitamente a una buona conoscenza della normativa sulla sicurezza sul lavoro e dei sistemi HACCP. Completano il profilo una buona familiarità con ERP e strumenti informatici, capacità di gestione e coordinamento delle persone, approccio analitico e orientamento all’efficienza e al miglioramento continuo. Sede di lavoro: provincia di Cuneo. Il nostro cliente offre una retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza e alle competenze del candidato, in un’ottica di equità. La fascia retributiva prevista per la posizione è 55.000€-60.000€ + MBO. La retribuzione finale proposta al candidato e il livello di inquadramento potranno variare sulla base degli elementi emersi durante il processo di selezione, sempre secondo criteri oggettivi e neutrali rispetto al genere, quali le competenze, la seniority, il percorso professionale e i requisiti richiesti per la posizione.

Purpose of the job The purpose of this job is to set-up the supply chain controlling and support the local management through initiatives aiming at optimizing our costs and deploying best practices.
